Amazing Practice! The staff was so cheerful and attentive. Dr.Stewart was knowledgeable, professional and personable and the hygienist Shae was also the best. Not enough good things to say about this place. I’m going to recommend to everyone. The fact that is black owned and employs black professional in our community is a wonderful thing to see!
Customer service was great! My teeth received the best care possible. My family and I have been a patients of Dr. STEWARD since 9/1980. I WOULD HAVE IT NO OTHER WAY!!
Good Afternoon, Per my insurance I was not supposed to be charged over a certain percentage Panola Family Dentistry has yet to repay me for over charging me.I trusted you all !!! If the current staff is not trained on billing please rehire.Families in this community need to feel support!!! So when you over charge with no repayment someone clearly doesn’t not care. I submitted my request for repayment from the insurance company also the insurance company sent them a copy for repayment Which I was told repayment could take 6 weeks went to their location on panola in-person still no resolution I don’t want anybody else to go through this please make sure that you read your fee chat from your insurance company !!!!!!! I even waited a long time to write this review to give them a opportunity to repay and reply radio silence!!!! You all failed my family!!! If I could give no stars
I have only been here twice and the staff has been caring, gentle, and just overall friendly. They remembered me from 2 months ago and after my fillings they called to make sure everything was okay and I was feeling well. Just a great experience even with the fear of having dental work done.
I had a dental emergency and I am so thankful it was handled with skill and professionalism I’m deducting a Star because of the front office staff member who doesn’t communicate well. I take big issue with communication! If a patient comes in with a problem address that problem before the other problems. We had an entire conversation about my plan of care being changed I had several appointments but still the same problem leading to my emergency today. With my insurance being maxed out and my needing to make a payment arrangement for today she said she’d get back to me. I got a text that I was scheduled the very next day and today she got amnesia. ‍
All I can say is WOW! I have NEVER had a more thorough exam. Not only was the exam thorough but Dr. Hester explicitly explained everything and made sure I understood. Her demeanor, professionalism and great bedside manner is beyond reproach. The staff were all friendly, and I was impressed with their great customer service, which is an absolute plus and very important to me! Overall, an amazing first visit. Ruby Conquest Everything I said previously is correct, but I have a problem with the cost of service changing. You are told an amount that it will cost on your next appointment, but it changes when you come back for the visit and is more than you were originally told. That is not okay, and don't say it's the insurance company. I have NEVER had that happen with my previous dentist, and NEVER had to pay an additional amount for regular routine service. The billing issue is a huge problem for me, and It has happened to me every time, therefore, I choose to find another dentist. Dr. Hester is wonderful, the front desk management, not so much.
My dental visit today with Panola Family Dental was pleasant. The staff, dental assistants, hygienist and doctor were very professional, supportive and reassuring. I know I’m in good hands here and can’t wait to see my new smile.
First Ever Black own and run business to wipe my tears of frustration. Ron & his team are Jus a true family. Laughter, music and lots of joy everywhere. And their patient handling techniques are thorough . A lot of educating the patients in due course of providing exceptional dental care. A100% score on any HCAPS.
Listen people it's just plain an simple ,if there is ever a oral disorder PANOLA FAMILY DENTAL is the choice I went in with toothache I was in distress BAD ! blood pressure high an all and not knowing my issues . first I called and got an appointment the next day seeing as how I was in pain when I got there I did the necessary paperwork and was seen right after I got a full oral check up which showed I need a root canal not an extraction because I didn't want to loose the tooth as it's a part of my smile.i was given fast effective professional services which left me in awe .thanks everyone for your time an patient and you'll be seeing me for my check ups,so I'm recommending everyone to go do not hesitate.
