This shop rocks! My cut, beard and brows look amazing. I unknowingly paid twice and they ran out to my car to make sure I got my refund. There’s a language barrier for me, but the skills and professionalism of these Barbers are out of this world. I’ll definitely be back. -White Dude that paid twice
'ever' is what i believe his name to be, took the most time and care with my brothers hair cut. he has his confidence at an all time high. i couldnt recomment this place enough. we were walk ins and it was worth the wait!
Longest wait I've ever had in my life for my son to get a hair cut for his wedding. We've been sitting in the heat in the car for 3 hrs...waiting...it's almost closing time now so...maybe it won't be much longer. I saw several customers go in and come back out after my son went in...they had their hair cut...so I'm not sure if they were taken ahead of my son or what, but 3 hrs is ridiculous for a man's hair cut!!!!
What an experience. I was so nervous about trying someone new, I only trust myself with my beard due to other barbers bringing my beard line down way to low. But I stepped out on faith and meet Jose. Although his English is not fluent he did exactly what I asked. I will be returning soon. Thanks to all the fellows down at Fenix.
Appointment was confirmed. Arrived 10 mins early. Had to wait for 30 plus minutes for anyone to show up and open the shop. I didn’t mind being I had no obligations. Then got a horrible cut being that barber over slept & was rushing himself. Zero Professionalism I paid just for the fact that I had a service done. But I had to go get my cut fixed. Owner of this place needs to get these guys together. Not the one for leaving reviews, after a day of thinking about how what I experienced just had to. Says voted for #1 spot in 22. Seems like that accomplishment was the goal & nothing else. Won’t be back
I waited over 30 minutes for someone to show up, then the person who showed up wasn’t the perosn I confirmed my appointment with. I paid online and everything. Bs service
