Not sure why there are so many bad reviews on the wait time I have been here several times and have never had to wait past my scheduled time. ‍ the front desk people are great and so is everybody else who works there and very helpful

The staff here are incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Jungkeit was caring and attentive. I was very nervous when I was recommended surgery to correct a deviated septum but the entire process was stress free. I can already notice a significant improvement 2 weeks after the procedure. I really like Dr. Jungkeit and his staff. They are very pleasant. But I have a problem. Every single time we go for an appointment the wait time is horrible. Doesn't matter what time or day. You will wait....... and wait....... and wait. Bring a book, or something to occupy your time. If you have a 915am appointment you will be lucky if your called into a room by 950. I don't think we've ever waited less than 30 min. Whats the point of making a 915 appointment if you can't even be roomed until 950? The time management they have sucks! Like I said, we enjoy the staff but make sure you don't have anything else to do after your appointment because you will be late to that appointment. Like... work...... might as well just take the day off.

I was a patient here and had a pretty extensive surgery here in June of 2020. The pros are: -Staff are friendly -Office is a pleasant atmosphere -My procedure went well meaning the Dr. was experienced and knew what he was doing. Cons are as follows: -Wait times are bad as previous people mentioned. It is not uncommon to have your appointment run 30-45 minutes behind schedule -One of the Dr's was very condescending in his tone and manner during my visit. Not really that unusual these days unfortunately. -Billing is vague and difficult to understand. In my time there, they switched accounting systems. After the switch, the cost of the procedure went up considerably. I was never notified of this and was pretty much told that it is what it is. They are governed by what insurance companies will let them charge and could not pass along any savings to me even though my last appointment was 10 minutes versus 30-40 minutes which my previous appointments had been. - Cost is completely unknown and the person in billing told me they have stopped giving patients quotes for procedures because it just lead to misunderstandings. I think this is ridiculous. If I were to tell customers that in my business, I would be out of business in less than a year. But because they are Dr's, we are supposed to just go along with it and pay whatever rates they decide. Ultimately if you are made of money and have all the time in the world, this is the place for you. If you expect any type of financial transparency, understanding for your financial situation or any type of grace financially, this is not the place for you. I am happy with the procedure and have no regrets about going through with it, I just wish I would have done more research and perhaps gotten some 2nd opinions from other offices before committing myself to this office. Recommend requesting financial quotes upfront even though they will probably tell you they don't do that.

Dr. Kong is the best doctor I have seen in a long time. He explained the procedure I needed clearly.He was gentle and talked me through the procedure. He was patient with all of my questions. He was compassionate and knowledgeable. When he gave me his opinion and suggested treatment plan he asked for my input. His staff was also exceptional. They got my referral for speech therapy to the provider before I even got home from the appointment. So grateful to have him as my ENT. Highly recommend him.

i had an appt today and the whole experience was very professional. I see that there were several complaints on the wait time from others. This was not the case for me. I was brought into the patient room on time and was seen in less than 5 mins. by the Dr. after the nurse asked a few questions. My visit was less then 20 minutes total. I had a build up of ear wax so this didn't really take long. Staff and Dr was friendly.

Dr jungkeit is amazing. I cant say enough good things about him. He is definitely the best around. I've had allot of surgerys and this one was by far the best experience I've ever had with surgeons. The staff and everyone evolved there is outstanding.

YIKES - the wait time is insane. I was stuck waiting for over an hour before I was seen- then the dr spent less than ten minutes talking with me… he seemed to have no interest in figuring out my sinus issue- he gave no diagnosis, and offered no advice! It was a complete waste of time and money

I have been rescheduled with Dr. Junkeit 3 times due to different excuses but that's not an issue. I was very disappointed to come on time for my appointment and waited almost 50 minutes in the waiting room before I have decided to walk away. No, one including front desk thought it was abnormal to wait that long. Infact front desk answer was "he is taking time with his patient ......" After 50 min. I had enough ! watching other people who came to see their doc after me already heading toward exit. No, one could answer my question how much longer do I have to sit in the waiting room or even apologize. Honestly, I have seen doctors in the past who would be late too but not almost an hour. That is VERY unprofessional and disrespectful ! He is not a god and I don't have to wait for him all day to answer my appointment I was scheduled for. I am super busy person, I have my own schedule to do other business and I was very up sad that my day plans was ruined because of this Doc., careless attitude. I don't understand if he s always late to his appointment why doesn't he just take 2 hours for each client to make a gap so other people don't have to wait that long for him ? If he is reading this review I would like to add. Dr.Jungkeit , I grew up during Soviet Union times in USSSR where healthcare was free and I never had to wait that long for my scheduled appointment. You charge insurance so much money its crazy and you make patient feel disrespected and not important. My question to you, how about if that would be your mother waiting in the hallway that long ? or your daughter ? or grandchild ? I am sure treatment would be different. I never got to see this Doc., since he did not care and in the way I am glad I did not allowed this kind of doc., to treat my body. Wasted entire month to get to see him and now have to find another specialist and probably wait another month. I do not recommend this Doc to anyone unless you are homeless and need a place for a day to take a nap in the facility !
