I went to Dr. Lally last year after being diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. She was highly recommended by my doctor and I really liked her and her office staff. I've worked in the field in the past and she's along the best doctors I have ever worked for. She explained in detail. If I need surgery in the future I would have wanted her to be my surgeon but she's retiring in a couple of weeks.

Had an appointment for a colonoscopy, check-in time was 6:30am. I arrived and shared with the nurse that the prep had not worked correctly, that I was not clear as the past three I have had. At 8:15 I was still waiting for the procedure to start. The Dr then came in to say they were having equipment problems with the camera. My wife was waiting in the car and was not aware of the delay. I asked if someone could let her know about the delay. On the report from the doctor she changed the follow up from five to three years due to poor bowel prep. My experience with this clinic was not as professional as I was used to in Texas

Dr Lally may be a fine surgeon. My problem is her office, insurance billing, etc. In my experience, the office will do all they can to get every dime from your insurance, including extra visits to the office to get another insurance office visit billing. I had a minor procedure performed. Immediately after the procedure, she suggested I get an antibiotic. I've had to call her office 3 times in order to get the prescription. I had to chase them down to get this prescription. They couldn't just send the prescription in to the pharmacy, I have to go in for another office visit so they could again bill my insurance and have me pay a copay. They also mislead me in to thinking I had to pay a $200 co-pay to them and $100 to the surgery center, when in fact, I don't have to pay anything. My advice, if you go to this Doctor, hang on to your wallet and personally keep in close contact with your insurance company.

This is not Dr. Lally's office's policy but the one at the surgery center where her office is located.If your Body Mass Index is over 40, they won't be able to perform a colonoscopy. They recommend that this be done in a hospital setting instead since they don't have any immediate nearby emergency room facilities. The only thing is that it would be good if they informed you this at the start, long before you have to fill out the paperwork etc. Its really kind of unfortunate since people with BMI of 40 and above are at higher risk for colon cancers and they are unable to service and help such people with diagnoses. I'm taking my 'business' sorry to Virginia Mason instead. I have done real well by them in the past.

The best doctor and surgeon I have ever had Dr Lally goes out of her way to explain the procedure . She treats you with respect and makes sure your taken care of couldn't ask for more

Friendly helpful. The best! Dr Lally and her staff are great! Dr Lally explains everything. She is very patient and caring.

Undoubtedly the greatest doctor and surgeon I've ever had.
