My best friend was just married tonight. I was not expecting such a beautiful speech from the judge. You could tell he truly enjoys wedding couples and he went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend his services for those seeking a simple service.
Granted nobody is ever happy to be in a courtroom unless they are getting married or receiving a huge settlement or sticking it to your neighbor for screwing up your backyard fence. For all other circumstances fear not, the judge here is reasonable, fair and his staff is incredible. They're extremely helpful, almost always flexible and most of all treat you with respect.
Yes I was reading some reviewsAnd I thought it would be rightPost my Experience there.I live in Pinal County and I had gotten a couple of traffic tickets thereThe clerkThe judge and the staff we're all very politeAnd respectfulI .I feel they went out of their way to help meTo be in complianceThey gave me the time I neededTo provide what the court was asking me to Provide. The judge was more than fair with me And allowed me to make a payment plan on the finesThat were imposed. That I could afford to pay. too resolve this Matter.I felt As if they went out of their way to help me, rather than to make things hard on me.I want to extend my appreciation and thanks to the clerk For helping me take care of this issue andThe judgeFor having faith and trust in me to make my payments. Thank you all.
The ladies that helped me in the court and over the phone were very understanding and very quick about what I needed. If they were legally able to do it, they granted it quickly to keep the lines moving. I understand the consequences of my actions and was very glad to get help to facilitate my traffic violation process. Hopefully will not have to go back though.
Good courts but it's hard to get ahold of someone to talk to to reschedule your court date due to illness. I hate computer systems. I love someone live to talk to.
Not sure about the other reviewers as to what they actually had to appear for but I came here to get married. The staff was courteous and professional as I am sure they have to deal with alot of characters all day long. I came early morning only to be told that they don't start actual marriage ceremonies until after 5pm. NOTE be there early by 4:30 for marriages as they go by the check-in order from that timeframe. The judge went through the list fairly quickly and I love the things he said about love and marriage before the vows. Overall my New Husband and I were fairly pleased. Thank You Update... since someone saw my review and asked me.. You do have to go and get your marriage license separately at the Main Courthouse. You will also need two witnesses present for your ceremony. Witness has to be 18 and older If you dont have witnesses they do have people that can stand in and sign for you for a small fee.
Great place. Beautiful and clean.
Funny how they constantly tell you to adjust your mask yet only 2 of the staff are wearing one. Maybe follow your own rules before enforcing them on me. What a joke
Deut 27:19 says "Cursed is anyone who withholds justice from the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow." Presiding judge Cecil Ash is a Mormon who voted for Trump, he is a gambler, decides cases with the roll of a dice. Why even bother looking at the evidence or what the law says, just roll the dice and done! Was recently investigated by The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct for failing to conduct formal courtroom proceedings and using a dice to decide cases instead of the evidence and the law.The Judge Cecil Ash started the "trial" with "...with me you are rolling the dice". The evidence doesn't really matter but what matters is who he wants to believe as he said in the ruling. He first awarded me damages with court costs and declared at the end of the trial that I was the prevailing party in the lawsuit. THEN.. he prompted the defendant's attorney if he wanted to object to it, of course the attorney objected after the judge prompted him to do so and then Judge Cecil the gambler reversed himself and his ruling. He makes decisions without any regards for order of the court of law. Luke 18: 3 2 He said: “In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. 3 And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, ‘Grant me justice against my adversary.’ 4 “but he refused.
The worst ever!! Never got a ticket, but somehow I got a letter to pay 45.00 or my license will be suspended. .Didnt get a notice, a court date, Just expect the worst, hope for the best.
