North Providence Public Library

Overall the blonde women that seems to be in charge she's not pleasant at all and I just didn't like the way she talked to me and my children. I thought the library was supposed to be a fun place to learn and read books but now with the way I was treated it just makes me and my kids not want to go back to this library ever again. I do not recommend at all.

1st time there. In 6yrs. Workers were very. Helpful. I'm a Chef. They had a lot of Vegan cook books. I'm old school Chef. And need to cook vegan. Was impressed

Great library however, I wish they had Dividend Growth Investing by Freeman Publications. Oh well, I can't blame the library for not having that book so I bought it off of Amazon and few other books by Freeman Publications. I hope that they have a better variety of financial books in the near future though.

The kids room with the kitchen and where most of the fun toys are seems to ALWAYS be closed. Apparently because they’re short staffed. It to me is ridiculous considering they make parents stay in the room while their children are playing. Also the heavier set woman in the kids area that works there is always rude. I take her to be the the head lady it seems. She just is not pleasant.

I love this place because it has good book and is a quiet place that’s great for studying.

Yesterday I needed help figuring out a few things how to get my card number, password, and find free passes to area attractions, and Stefanie, the director was beyond helpful!! I love when a boss is happy to help with things, that normally they'd direct you to their staff for assistance... even though I'm sure she was so busy doing her job...it shows what kind of work ethic comes from the top there! A great library, great staff and great leadership! 5 stars!

Service was very good and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasant visit and I accomplished everything I needed to get done.

the food is great. The method of serving is amazing! Thin sheets all stacked and bound together. And packed with flavor too! It lets you chose whether you want savor eat bite by eating one ate a time or just to chow down like a sandwich haha. Love how it's an all you can eat place too. You can go up and down the shelves looking for the right flavor. The waiters are nowhere to be seen but thats okay.

It's always a lovely and peaceful experience visiting this library. It's beautifully decorated for the holidays and they always have a lot to offer the library members of our community. Love coming here!
