North Shore Estates Mobile Home Park

I moved back from TN a 1yr ago and got my home here it is very nice and clean very quiet all my neighbors are great and everyone is friendly! A good place to live in!! My home

The potholes in South Park are atrocious. The road is falling apart and needs replaced. New management is impersonal and profit driven. Rent increased $48 last year, and our homes will be audited in April with repairs also required by the end of April. Many residents feel left without park leadership that cares for the residents. We miss Gary.

Overall a decent place to live. Bought my trailer 4 years ago. Very quiet home park, however doesn't have any community interaction. There is an office building where people used to gather and visit, play games, laundry etc. But nothing has been available since I've been here. No playground for kids though a few do live in here. Pretty much take care of your home and lot ..with no extras

Beautiful well taken care of park. Management is super friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care for the tenants. Get you a place here before the spots are all gone. Couldn't recommend more.

North Shore is a quaint, comfortable well maintained community on the lakeshore! Great location! Great management!

I just moved here in May. Everyone is so friendly

Just moved in a few months ago and so far we love it here. It's super quiet, clean and Gary is awesome. The only gripe I have is people not following the one way arrows and parking in front of my house, you have your own driveway, use it. Update: been here 5 months and still loving it. Gary is the best. Update: 8/5/22 9 months in with no issues. It's under new ownership and they've been great, we can now pay rent online so it's super convenient.

Decent Mobile Home Park. All trailers seem to be maintained well. Good combination of new and older trailers.

I would never recommend living here to anyone. After 3 years at this park, we have never once been able to contact the land lord, Katja. The woman who runs the office, Sandy, is EXTREMELY rude. She is not helpful, and is not in office over half of the week. She has also rejected two people into the park without even running the application because they were black.They make communication impossible and threaten you with lawyers and eviction instead of trying to communicate about the simplest of things.

My friend recently moved there! What a nice place! It seem the couple of times that I have been there that it is a quite neighborhood and very peaceful.
