I have stayed here before in the past it was a great hotel. The cleanest of the hotel has went down the carpet going up the stairs was extremely dirty. The carpet in my room had a two big red stains on the floor. The breakfast used to be exceptional now it’s trash. In the evenings they used to put out popcorn and different treats with lemon water, that’s no longer . The young lady checked me in she was great very patient and warming. That was the only thing that I was pleased with. I was at the Staybridge hotel next-door. I had to leave because they were over book. I stayed there a couple of nights that hotel is fantastic from free laundry to exceptional breakfast exceptional social hour and the staff was great!!
This hotel is great. My review is simply based on the Tesla charger I know such a first world problem. I showed up to this charger avoiding the Benton Harbor Meijer thinking I could plug in overnight. The facility has two of the top end Tesla chargers. Whether they need to log into the charger and fix the speed, or if it’s hooked up wrong..this same charger at my house charges at 48 miles per hour. Here, one charges at 15 miles per hour and the other at 8mph left one. On this type of charger you could wake up to a full car after 4-5 hours. This one was 18 hours because it’s either 1. Programmed to slower speed, or 2. Hooked up wrong. You need to fix the charger so people can wake up to a full car or just not have it. It’s no better than a charge point 15 mile per hour secondary market at this speed. If your goal was to advertise a Tesla charger to get guests, it worker once. Now I know I can get a tiny bit to get me to the supercharger. Either switch the setting to 48V vs 20V or don’t advertise it as a perk. The hotel itself is beautiful and very soft beds
What you would expect from a Marriott. Room was fine other than shower missing rubber sweep at bottom so it leaked onto bathroom floor. Staff friendly, rooms cleanRooms: 4/5
My life saver in the blizzard of 2022 December. We were en route to Novi when we were stopped by the blizzard and had to take shelter. Amazing service, excellent rooms, they were one of the cleanest ever rooms I have stayed in America all these 9 years. Thank you Marriott and Springhill suites for saving me and my family.
Overnight after a concert. Clean, great front desk service. Room very nice. Couch very large, did not have to pull out bed. Breakfast was enough for us to get going next morning. Was expensive, but best we could do for that night in that area.Rooms: 5/5
First room had a wet spot on the bed, we were able to switch rooms. Clean, doors were loud, could hear people using them all night. Bed not very comfortable. Limited options for breakfast, but was available.Rooms: 4/5
