North Shore Urology

I'm re writing my review, some how it has dis appeared :0/ I never made it to this place because when I called to make an appointment it was as if the person who answered the phone didn't understand the process. Energy is everything, if phone people aren't happy at work it says so much about the facility in general. Thank you to the person who deleted my review, it says so much about your facility. If you don't like the reviews change how the facility is run.

Had my surgery done by Dr. Richard Rose in 1998..... Things have changed since. Have been there numerous times to have diagnosed a reoccurring pain in same area as my past surgery. To no avail.... was told no hernias if pain persists take 2 advil. Pain became unbearable, was sent for a scrottal sonogram, called for results no call back. Was told if I had any questions to ask staff , staff will then in turn ask Dr, then they will.call back with a response. I am still.waiting for an answer from Dr. Michnik. Staff totally unprofessional, Really sad ! Since have been to ER of Staten Island Hospital South Shore. Been diagnosed with double hernia. Thank You , North Shore Urology for your concern!!!
