The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From the receptionist to the assistants and the dentist, everyone was concerned with making my root canal as pain free as possible. I was especially impressed that after the holiday weekend they called me at home to check on how I was doing. They were great and very professional. I hope to never have to go through that procedure again, but if I do, I hope to go back to them.
My dentist said needed a specialist to look at my teeth; as I had an infection on a existing root canal tooth potentially. After calling around to multiple places; I was recommended to call Mt Vernon Root Canal Specialist. They got me in within a few days!! Other places quoted me months out! They not only got me in quickly; they answered all my multitude of questions. They truly care about they patients! They fallowed up the fallowing day of both procedures to see how I was doing. Definitely go here if you need this service!!!
The experience I had was fine the staff was super friendly, answered questions that made me feel better knowing not to be afraid which I normally get when going to the dentist and getting a root canal but it was perfectly fine in and out. And getting the CBS was fine too I recommend it. At first I wasn't sure but did fine Everyone at the Mt Vernon Root Canal Specialist staff, Thank you!!
I was referred to them by my dentist for a RC eval and treatment. I was in intermittent 9/10 pain. They were able to move my appointment up, which was great great. After explaining to Dr. Carlson about my experience he used every technique he could to numb my tooth and got right to work. After about an hour and a half, root canal was finished and I felt so much better. Both, Dr Carlson and his staff are very friendly and listen to concerns and answer questions clearly. I recommend this place to anyone.
Mount Vernon Root Canal Specialists is AMAZING! I have sensitive teeth combined with dental anxiety and didn't know what to expect. They staff is incredible. I received a nice warm welcome at the front, the dental hygienist was so kind and the doctor was just plain awesome. I HIGHLY recommend. The whole process was a piece of cake and I felt very little pain.
I was greeted with warm friendly smiles and made to feel quite comfortable including a nice warm blanket. Dr Carlson and Amber explained everything they were doing as they performed the procedure. It was truly a painless visit. I received a follow up call the next day to check up on how I was doing. Truly a professional staff
Very professional and personable/kind staff from beginning to the end of the experience. The assistance were very understanding of my concerns and needs and were good at ensuring me things will be as smooth and enjoyable as enjoyable as a root canal can be as they can be. Loved their presence and Dr was very informative with the process and what was happening step by step. Hands down best experience I have had, thank you for making it possible.
I was referred to Mt. Vernon Root Canal by my dentist. They were able to see me within a short time, the staff are cordial, the office is very clean and well-run. Dr. Severin clearly explained the procedure and allowed time for additional questions and decision making on my part. I’ve had several root canals before but this one was by far the least uncomfortable and efficient.
The clinic staff is were very empathetic and got me in the day after I called! This was so important since I’d been in varying degrees of pain for the previous week. Dr Carlson was very nice and explain d things well. I got discharge instructions and what to expect verbally and in print. Overall couldn’t have asked for better
Modern, clean, comfortable office. I had 3 root canals on the same day. Dr. Severin and her staff were outstanding from making sure I was comfortable the entire time in the chair ie head rest adjusted right, offering chapstick, water/juice, ibuprofen. Office staff gave clear expectations of cost/insurance coverage. Phone calls returned promptly from scheduling though questions. Check in call next morning. Outstanding service
