Good parking but Chargepoint stations are frequently inoperable. Need more stations, too. Northampton has the most EVs/Hybrids than probably anywhere. Many more are needed.
I frequent is garage often as I rent Zipcar every month and this is a great location
Cheap and convenient. If you’re just shopping around downtown and can make it back in an hour, if won’t even cost you. The stairs are the only hassle.
Garage is nice. However bad experience trying to get charging station to work. Then ticket machine ate someone else's ticket. And we had trouble waiting for ticket to enter garage. We don't usually have issues here. Was just an unfortunate experience today
Just found out about this parking garage a couple weeks ago. Parked here twice now since then. Clean, brightly lit, secure, and well-located. Steps from bustling downtown Northampton. Check this parking garage out next time you're in town. You won't be disappointed! Oh, and the first hour is ALWAYS FREE!
I’m not sure why I don’t receive the first hour free, though signage indicates $0.75 per hour with first hour free. Otherwise: Easy parking garage to drive through with ample parking, including spaces for compact vehicles and electric charging stations for EVs. Corner staircase and another mid level with an enclosed bridge for access to Thornes Marketplace. Pay stations take cash it card.
Got a spot on the first level, in the morning on a Monday. Spaces are wide, aisles are easily two-way, and stairs are well-maintained. I was here for a quick meeting, so I left around 55 mins later, and parking under an hour is free! What a nice surprise, in this area especially. Definitely will park here in the future!
Could use more machines to pay exit!!
Handy, and first hour is free. Much easier to navigate than most parking garages.
Used to intimidate me but after being forced to use it for Jury Duty, I think it is okay. Appreciate the free hour and variety of ways to pay at their pay station.
