Amazing customer service. I needed my daughter seen asap and I was able to get a same day appt. The nurses were amazing, gentle and caring and were able to get me all the forms I needed for work and school. Highly recommend them. Denise, Ivonne and April are the best, always there when I need them. Dr Stafford is the absolute best, blessed to have her as my kid’s pediatrician. Dr Lama, Dr Rodriguez and Sarah are amazing as well, I’ve seen them all. Want your kids well taken care of, take them here!! Love NEPA!
I wish I could give zero stars. This practice has been ridiculous for every single visit my children have attended. Do not come here if you prefer to have any say in your child's care. They trump all your views medical ethical or even religious. Do not even bother asking for the manager for anything as she is completely unhelpful and not interested in providing adequate patient care.
I've been taking my kids to this location for 11 years. Our first provider was Nurse Practitioner Katie Russell, and I could not have been happier with the care my kids received. However, in the last year I have not been able to get my child in to be seen. All same day appointments are given out by 0800, and there never seems to be any availability for appointments for sick children at ANY location. I end up having to take my child to urgent care and she'll out hundreds of dollars despite having insurance. Care is great if you can get in...
If your child needs a sick visit or you have a question you will not talk to a human only an automated system and AI text messaging that will send you to the patient portal that will be down and not currently scheduling appointments . Dr. Rodriguez is the best Pediatrician I have ever experienced with my four children and 21 years of experience as a mother. And the patient experience here is the worst I have ever had. I am so sad he moved to this office. If Dr. Rodriguez moves to another office or back to his own practice again. I would be glad to follow!
Dr. Rodriguez is the best! We have seen him since our first child was born 14 years ago! We travel across town to continue our care with him. He’s gentle and fun with the kids. He is thorough and takes the time to listen. He has provided excellent care with a conservative approach that we appreciate so much.
We followed Dr. Rodriguez III here because he is very fun and makes appointments easy for my baby. He gives me very honest and effective care for my son. He is also the only doctor we kept when we moved to Seguin. We are happy to drive 30 minutes to see him and the only pediatrician I trust with my son.
Dr. Lama has been great. We appreciate the care she gives our children. We also are grateful for the follow up she puts into everything. Her nurse is wonderful and we always have a good experience. Sometimes there is a wait to get in for an appointment, but that is expected with covid and other illnesses it is not always easy to get in right away, but they always try to accomedate.
Dr Rodriguez has always been a great doctor and have seen both my kids. He always give great feedback and really knows what he’s doing. When he moved from Live Oaks Pediatrics we followed him to this office in Schertz. My mom has always taught me if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all so I’m going to just stop talking.
I've been bringing my kids here since my son was born in 2015 and I LOVE having Dr. Trimble as their doctor. I just called today, which is literally a month before my daughter's birthday, and I was told the next available appointment is in October and that appointments are best to be made 3 months in advance. In all of the years I've taken my children here, it has never been like that. I always called a month ahead and got an appointment on time. So after getting off the phone, I think, "well my son's birthday is in January, better call 6 months ahead then to wait until last minute." So I call back and was placed on a "brief" hold for a long time before deciding to hang up. I really don't want to have to find my kids a new doctor, but this is ridiculous... I guess having more and more new clients is more important than servicing clients on time...
Staff is always kind and courteous on check in and check out. We absolutely love Dr. Rodriguez he is easy going, focuses on our baby and her needs, very easy to to talk with. His care for our daughter is wonderful.
