Since 1984, the staff at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network has helped thousands of patients overcome their physical challenges and resume the activities and enjoyment of their daily lives at home or in the workplace.
We offer a network of inpatient and outpatient services including four New Hampshire hospitals located in Salem, Nashua, Manchester and Portsmouth. Additionally, we have more than 20 outpatient clinics serving the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire communities. And for those needing care in the home, we offer therapy and nursing services through our Home Care division.
