All our sessions are conducted on an individual basis. We record these sessions on audio CD's and give them to you to listen to for reinforcement. Reinforcement in this manner is very important to your success. We suggest listening to your individual message for 21 consecutive days or nights, but preferably as you fall asleep. We have found that when a person follows a specific routine for 21 consecutive days it will usually become a permanent habit. The change occurs 'within' 21 days which means it can happen on day one!
