Kayla in the front desk is my amazing! Her customer service skills are so advanced and I appreciate her for making me as a customer feel so welcomed ! So rare to find great people like her to make an office feel like home I definitely will come back because of her and recommend this place to everyone. The staff is amazing. They're a big family! The receptionist/Assistants went the extra mile in SO MANY ways to schedule and even research a place that accommodated my insurance!! Marcus is a man of his craft for quick repairs, and there is no hassle, he's been doing this a long time and it shows. However Eric Delgado, their ocular doctor is a wise and caring man, he talks fast but everything he says is easy to understand and very important. They are also very clean and friendly.
Dr. Delgado is very good and knowledgeable I would have given him a 5 star review. My son and I had a very good experience with him, but the gentleman who sold us the glasses didn’t answer all of my questions. He didn’t go into any detail about the different options or what he would recommend. This is the first time I’ve ever needed glasses so I’m new to this and didn’t know all the options or questions to ask. After coming home and talking to my fiancé who has had glasses a long time, I found out there were a bunch of options I didn’t know about. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone at the office to discuss, but haven’t had any response. My appointment was on Monday. I have called Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday asking them to call me back without any luck. I also emailed them asking them to call me, but they haven’t. It’s very disappointing. If you want to get your prescription from the doctor I’m sure you will have a good experience, but buy your glasses elsewhere. This is just more work than it should be.
Had a GREAT visit with Dr. Eric Delgado! He helped us out a ton! We have been experiencing a bit of eyestrain because we edit a ton of YouTube videos for our channel and needed to update our glasses prescription! What's cool is that Erin's from Canada & she had no problem getting an appointment with me Brian! Dr. Delgado is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and is hilarious to chat with! He gives great examples of what's going on with our eyes in a way that we understand without all the technical jargon! If you have eyes, eventually you'll need to get them checked on and if you've never had an eye exam, you should get one! You'd be surprised at what you may see afterwards! We highly recommend Dr. Delgado and look forward to seeing him again next year! - Brian + Erin BE Adventure Partners
I have been wearing Glasses for 50 years. This Dr. Delgado is very professional, extremly Thorough. He found something deep in my eye that a ophthalmologist did not find during this Impressive exam. Glasses and frame combo Were cheaper by 50 Dollars. The staff were also very knowledgeable rare too.
I've been going here for years! Dr. Delgado is great! VERY informative and shows a true care you your eye health. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Sorry to the Doc for the bad review. The big problem is with the lady you talk to about buying glasses or contacts. This lady was rude and tried to make you feel stupid like you dont know anything. Its was so bad I walked out she tried to nickle and dime me for everything I was charged 80 for a contact exam on top of wht they charged my insurance company paid for a regular eye exam. I call 5 other places to see what they would have charged and the most was 30 dollars more. They told me that not they way it should be they dont do the basic twice bottom line crooks well at least she was
The doctor conveys a lot of information WAY too fast to process. I have a suspicious feeling we may have been improperly diagnosed my son and I with stigmatisms which resulted in higher cost lenses. They have a very small selection of men's frames. The man that writes io the order invoice kept forgetting what I needed. I had to remind him 3 times that I needed progressive lenses. I'll be going back to my old doctor next time.
As always the doc was informative on diagnoses and what to do and expect from using glasses. No B.s. straight up truth. The selection isn't big for my child to chose from but it is enough for my spouse. Will continues to go here for my yearly eye check up.
Me and my daughter have been going to Dr. Delgado for years. We are very satisfied with the professionalism of Dr. Delgado and his staff. I feel I am getting the best eye care around.
