I am consistently ignored when I make phone calls. This is the most disorganized mental health organization I have ever been to. Hannah is great and I am very happy with her services but the rest of the organization doesn't do their jobs and I am very dissatisfied and I wouldn't recommend them to a dog with depression. Their staff members do not communicate with each other about what is going on in their patients cases and when an emergency comes up in their patients lives they do not react as if it is an emergency and they often react coldly. I highly recommend Oaklawn in Goshen. Best mental health facility I've ever been to.

I was going to be a new patient and my appt was a month out, made the appt and later called to move the date and time, because of conflicting appt times with another dr. she reassured me I would get in sooner than a month because of cancellations, and confirmed while we were talking on my new appt date. A month later I come in and they said no I’m not being seen this day and said I was scheduled for what the initial appt date was. So I said I can’t make that I date I had rescheduled it because of another dr appt, I asked for the next soonest appt, she said it’s 1 month out. Don’t go here, the people don’t know how to save reschedule appts, I wouldn’t trust them with anything else.

This is a great facility with doctors who are good at their jobs. But my councilor Susan has Scheduled three appointments with me and had not only didn't show up for any of the appointments but also didn't call to inform me that she wasn't going to come and why. Susan is unprofessional and needs to take her job more seriously I am highly offended and I don't appreciate how she is handling her job. Overall it is still a good facility but I highly don't recommend having Susan as a councilor.

If I could give 0 stars they would be getting that. This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my entire life. So far throughout my treatment plan they have 1 Given me the wrong date to come in and I had to drive a total of 40 minutes on terrible roads after a snow storm for nothing 2 Cancelled group therapy but DIDN’T call to notify me so I drove 40 minutes AGAIN for no reason 3 I’m told one thing here but it’s always another with these people 4 I waited 40 minutes in the lobby today waiting for have a meeting, the person I was meeting with did not even know I was supposed to see him today 5 I was supposed to be in a group and attend 5 sessions. What should have taken 5 weeks has taken 9 due to so many cancellations I would not recommend this place at all.They do not keep their records up to date, they are not organized and they are so far from unprofessional they it’s almost funny.

North Eastern Center, Lagrange. The most well rounded councilors I have ever met, Great team that puts the Client first. I would certainly recommend this for anybody that is aiming at a realistic goal, they will find the right course of action to get you there.

I’m still going here and attending therapy. They helped me when I was in a dark place and I have received the best care here by far.

I got the most help here. They are always friendly always there to help. Without there help i honestly dont know where i would be today.
