I previously rated Vein Clinics of America 5 stars over a year ago. The staff was great, there were some times that appointments were cancelled. I understood that it was due to COVID and precautions, and I still thought great service was given. As of August/September and currently, this place has turned for the worst. My appointments have been cancelled three times in a row. I walked in yesterday and sat down, two patients were ahead of me. One patient was yelling and had an attitude about how her treatment has been prolonged and no one called to notify about the cancellation. The poor employees looked frustrated and defeated. The other patient was told that they couldn’t be seen because they only have one ultrasound tech and a doctor. No nurses! Just the three ladies at the front desk. My appointment was also cancelled. Not one phone call like the week prior when they cancelled the other procedure the day before my scheduled visit. I watched from my car when 4 more patients walked in and quickly walked out. I attempted to call and complain to speak to a manager at corporate to no avail. At this point, I’m going to retrieve my medical records and go elsewhere. The company is now called USA vein clinics and they don’t allow the clinics to schedule services. Most idiotic thing I’ve ever heard of, especially when the clinic is running on a skeleton crew! These poor employees are overworked, severely short staffed, and they’re not being listened to by the big wigs!
This place recently changed ownership and it is now a complete mess. I have been going to Vein Clinics of America for many years and it was always organized and professional. This takeover is a complete disaster. I went to my appointment and I was told it was a two hour wait! Other patients were waiting over an hour. The front desk nurse was completely overwhelmed and frustrated with the company’s customer service who was apparently booking appointments even though they don’t have the staff to handle it. I left immediately and I will not go there any more. DO NOT go here and waste your time! I would give zero stars if possible.
Atrocious, I had a follow up appointment and when I showed up, the office was closed, no explanation, no apology, just indifference. I decided to go elsewhere for treatment. You should too. I also received a $60 bill for a free introductory consultation. Just a ridiculous organization.
I went to get a follow up from earlier procedure. There was not enough staff, everyone pretty much quit. The receptionist and doctor apologized. I need to know if procedures on my left leg are progressing.
From the front office staff to the doctor himself. Great people who are knowledgable and make you feel comfortable with any questions and concerns. Legs have never felt better and not done yet with treatment. Cannot recommend them enough!!! Great bedside manner by all. Amazing experience!
Awesome first appt. Everyone so friendly and polite. Nurse Collete explained every step to me. She answered every question I asked completely. Dr. Sheikh repeated all information and also told me what to expect on my next appt. Sue completely explained financial terms and all paperwork.Sue set my next appt. very professional office work well as a team. I will refer others to this Frankfort location.
I can’t call my place I’m Frankfort IL I keep getting random people who can’t help me I’m very unhappy
I luv this location!! Everyone on their team is super friendly and helpful. Totally recommend them. And most of all I like my results.
Just started my vein treatment--so the staff have been great. My treatments start next week-- Insure all will gowell,
Honestly, if this had been my first visit, I might not go back...but it was an aberration, something I hope not to be repeated as the front desk staff was kind of surly and disinterested. Had to prompt them to pay my copayment...and sonographer was less than careful and left me covered in conducting lubricant. Not the usual at this location but a poor experience this time nonetheless.
