I’ve been coming here for sometime and I am very pleased. I recently had to switch from Dr. Alam to Dr.Matthew and I am very pleased. Dr. Matthew has impeccable bedside manner and she listens to your concerns. She genuinely cares about your entire well being and that care and compassion goes such a long way. I am so happy I can call her my doctor. 5 stars across the board!

Newer to Riverside- best practice I had ever been to. Cozy, uncrowded lobby, good doctors, easy to get appointments. Fast turn around for laboratory.

Was told they had a grace period in the past, showed up for grace period and it did not work out today june 20 2023

the doctors here are great however the elderly receptionist is rude. which really is a shame because she sets the tone for the facility. minus one star because of her.

Excellent customer service and beautiful facility. Every staff member you encounter on your visit is always professional and friendly. The facility is extremely well kept and beautifully decorated, inside and out. My doctor is Dr. Boll and he is a caring, compassionate human being which makes for a great doctor. He truly listens and he has a calm demeanor that helps put me at ease. I'm very fortunate to have him.

The first time I visited, I saw a doctor that took my insurance. When I went again, they said my doctor wasnt available anymore, but so i provided my health insurance again so that they could provide me a doctor that was elgible with my insurance. I gave them my insurance and everything but they failed to tell me that the doctor didnt take my insurance. I went for a referral, and didnt even get a check up, and they charged me $187.

Brought my child here for upper respiratory virus. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. I was extremely satisfied with the nurse practitioner Fitzer- she is great with kids and thorough. Facility was very clean and modern!

I visited this location for the first time today and I was very pleased. Everybody was very professional, and I felt that my information being kept confidential was a high priority. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and made sure all of my questions were answered to her best ability.

Beautiful interiors, gorgeous grounds, all brand-new and oh-so friendly! I had a blood draw done without an appointment. I was treated like I was visiting a spa! I would highly recommend using Riverside Healthcare in Frankfort.

Called today stating I think I have shingles and in pain can I see a doctor? Mine is still on maternity leave. Receptionists comes back and said everyone is busy can you go to a urgent care facility? Made an appt with Physicians immediate Care in New Lenox for 2pm. At 3pm I asked how much longer, to be told a min. Another hour!!!! Why make appointments? Can not believe someone with shingles is turned away
