I had an issue with one of the parts I ordered for a minnkota and they sent me a new one right out. These guys do business like the USA did 50 years ago.They are also very helpful and will answer questions about trolling motor repairs. Very impressive!!!

This place is great, i needed a new cable for my minkota remote and a new battery. They had everything in stock and knew exactly what I needed. Always nice to walk into a place and they just know everything off the top of their head and don't have to go to a catalog.

Spoke to super helpful salesperson today, they had everything on stock, and shipped it out within 3 hours. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Absolute best customer service I think I’ve ever gotten. Jason answered well after business hours, 2 times and never hesitated to help me through an issue with my ulterra. I ordered an I-pilot upgrade for my trolling motor. I reluctantly selected the 1 buisness day option then waited as I have had issues with various companies on this prior. It showed up when expected and was packaged well minus the original quick reference guide although one had been printed and included which would be fine for me. They left a note saying they would send one soon. Again no expectations here as the product arrived and things like this often find cracks and get missed. Two days later it shows up!. I would recommend them and plan to use them again. I live 4 hours away so will be online shopping. Thank you guys. That customer service was excellent.

I called them up and they were able to help answer my questions and got me the right part. The part shipped fast and tracking was provided. The control board I ordered show up and installed pretty easily and my trolling motor is back up and running. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and I will not hesitate to do business again.

My husband’s trolling motor quit, we found Northland Marine and read there reviews and took it there, the reviews were spot on plus more. Very friendly from receptionist to guys who worked on trolling motor. They had it fixed sooner then they said they could, in a couple days my hubby was back on the water, excellent service, highly recommend. Will go there for any other needs. Ray Majewski

I HIGHLY recommend this repair shop!!!!!!! Everything about my experience truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I had an issue with my one year old Minn kota terrova trolling motor that made it inoperable. This nightmare situation for a fisherman happened on my annual fishing trip to the three lakes area. Due to covid-19, I thought for sure my entire trip would be ruined. I reached out to Northland Marine and explained the issue over the phone to Jason. He was super helpful kind. He explained that the shop had all of the parts to fix a terrova regardless of the issue and and that they could possibly get it in within a day or two which was WAY sooner than I was expecting. I dropped the trolling motor off and received a phone call back that afternoon. They fit my repair into their busy schedule which was really appreciated. I picked up the motor and everything is perfect! Outstanding customer service, super accommodating and understanding, great quality of work, quick turnaround time, and incredible inventory of parts for emergency repairs. What else could you ask for from a Marine shop? Nothing. Bypass other shops for your repair needs and simply go to the best, Northland Marine! Other shops I called first were irritated that I even called and had an issue and wouldn't look at my motor for weeks. Thank you to everyone at Northland Marine for providing such a phenomenal experience and I encourage anyone in the northern half of Wisconsin who has trolling motor parts or repair needs to make Northland Marine their go to shop!
