The internet and Facebook can be useful and fun places for animal lovers. However, Northside Animal Hospital cannot dispense medical advice via Facebook, e-mail or any other electronic communication for many reasons. Some of these reasons include pet medical safety, availability/ability to respond, need for medical examination, access to medical history, and confidentiality.
