Well. The staff is very friendly. The medical assistant very nice and very helpful. The staff was very friendly. The P.A Dina R. And the Medical assistant Charlie did an excellent job. My son was sick and they were very kind. congratulations to northwell for having this kind of employees. thanks to the two professionals we left place very pleased with the service we received.
I came in for what I mistaking believed to be a tick bite resulting in a skin rash on my arm. The attending nurse and Doctor examined me right away and provided a correct diagnosis, provided an Rx to my Pharmacy and provided me wit instructions on how to treat the contagious rash. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very courteous, caring and professional. Thank you so much. Everett
Had to visit recently for a large cut on my wrist. Ended up getting a few stitches. Everyone on duty was very capable, courteous and caring. Space is very clean and organized. Highly recommend. So glad had this option as oppose to going to the hospital ER.

Made an appointment for 1:15pm during my lunch hour. This is the closest location to my office. I arrived at 1:10, checked in, and was then told to leave and wait in my car because, despite the empty waiting room, there were appointments ahead of me. When I asked how long the wait would be and explained it was my lunch hour, I was told they didn’t know and couldn’t tell me. I don’t have the luxury to gamble on whether I’ll get seen or not and risk not being back at work on time. I guess I’ll stay sick then.
