Suboptimal to put it lightly. Don't waste your time going here for anything. All they'll tell you is to schedule an appointment with your primary care physician. Not once have I actually been helped by this place. Total waste of time every time.
The PA that they had was one of the worst most incompetent I have ever met in the medical community. I work frequently alongside many medical professionals. Truly disappointing after having good experiences at this location over the years. Besides Being incompetent she traumatized my son. God help anyone that comes into contact with this PA. She’s completely lost and has no idea what she’s doing
Couldn't get an appointment with my own doctor. So happy they were able to take me. The guy..in the entrance with a tabletnot sure if he's a nurse, was extremely nice and professional. I described my symptoms and gave him my info. --waited in my car less than the expected time given to me & then received a call on my cell to come in. Maybe had to wait a maximum of 5 minutes inside before I was seen. Visit was quick, physician was nice & I got an RX and felt so much better the next day!!!!
Very professional and extremely safe environment. Staff were very friendly and competent. Actually better than my primary care physician office. Brought my 10 year old son in as well. They were very sensitive to his perspective regarding virus testing. Highly recommend!
The office attendants were very nice but i loved our nurse, Claire. She was amazing with my daughter. Claire put my daughter at ease. She showed her everything she was doing and talked her through. My daughter is 9 but has some anxieties and i don't know if Claire was able to read her or was like that normally but she should be commended.
The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The nurse I had, Barbara, was great and so nice and the doctor was so friendly and listened to all my questions ands concerns and his suggestions and referrals were awesome. Great bedside manner as they say. The facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I had no wait at all and parking is a pleasure. Great experience and I already suggested it to my family and friends.
Elsa and John were very thorough. Rapid testing was fast and painless. There was another kind gentleman, his name escapes me at the moment. Made me laugh. Thank you!

Staff was professional and personable. They registered numerous patients yet time moved very quickly. My rapid exam was painless and questioned were answered post exam which made me feel confident to visit this ProHEALTH again.
The wait is way too long. I had only 4 people ahead of me and I waited and hour and 45min in the freezing cold. The attendants were nice and did explain that you can calculate 30-40min per patient. I have waited on a line of 20+ people and only waited an hour in a different urgent care. Facility is very clean. Only 3-4 people can sit in the waiting room. They highly recommend making an appointment to avoid waiting in the cold. Overall, it’s a safe and clean place to visit.
