Josie has the most compassionate heart I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they provide me with complimentary apple juice and water, but my doctor at Northwest urgent care was exceptionally caring about my situation. In just 20 minutes, I was in and out, and I've decided that I'll be making this my go-to place from now on.
My significant other and I went here today for something of concern and we were in and out with quick and phenomenal service! We were seen so fast we didn’t even have enough time to fill out the paperwork before the doctor came in and was able to complete the appt in a jiffy! We appreciate the quick in and out service
The front desk was wonderful. The experience past that was terrible. I notified the desk I came for two issues. I was not asked what I came for by the tech and was not given treatment for something I told the front desk. They were rude when discussing my options for issue #2 and did not provide any patient education or personal evaluation on me without my own specific questioning. I was then immediately discharged without them consulting me, leaving issue #1 unresolved and wasting a visit on my insurance.They also did not take a patient history questionnaire and stated I am a smoker, when I am a non-smoker. They also set my heart rate at 60bpm on the discharge paper. When they took my vitals I clearly read the machine to read 55bpm, indicating bradycardia. Do not use this Urgent Care!
The wait time was short and the entire staff pleasant and professional. Having the opportunity to make an arrival appointment prior was very helpful. Dr H is extremely knowledgeable and caring. In fact, everyone especially the front desk, were exceptional.
Poorest service EVER!! The women at the front desk were kind & tried to get me help. The MA was rude & obviously Not interested in my immediate NEED for Oxygen!!! She said that the doctors at NW did Not give orders for oxygen. She appeared bored & completely uninterested in my Need for oxygen...I was on the next to last tank I had when in their office. I had been directed to Urgent care by the hospital, while waiting 6 months for a new patient appointment - the 1st available. She Finally said she would speak to the doctor. She left the room for less than a minute and returned quoting again the policy. The physician refused to even enter the room to evaluate the situation. I would recommend that you go elsewhere!!!!
I went to the NW urgent care with a sore throat and blocked ears on 7/25. The staff was fantastic from the receptionist, the MA, a resident doctor, and another doctor who overlooked everything. I didn't catch all the names. Nessa was the MA though and I thank all of you for being kind.
A really good experience. From Josephine at the front desk to the nurse who cared for me I'm embarrassed that I don't remember her name to the doctor that saw me. It was a very professional, very respectful, and very thorough experience.
Outstanding service. Receptionist was excellent. While my husband was filling out the paperwork nurse Deb triaged my wounds. She got me into a room quickly to clean the wounds and make me comfortable. FNP Lorena Evans did a fabulous job with my 16 stitches according to the Orthopedic surgeon she referred me to and was very caring and compassionate. She followed up the next day to check on my swelling and how I was doing. Nurse Amber was upbeat, professional and caring with my post treatment and discharge process. It was a first class operation and I am grateful for the team at Northwest Urgent Care
Went here for a workplace injury. I didn’t feel listened to about my injury. They also made me feel like an inconvenience when it came to my workplace accident paperwork required by my employer. When I went to pick up my prescription they had not sent it over as workman’s comp. The pharmacy sent it back so it could be sent over correctly but I would not get my prescription until next week unless I called and had them fix it or paid for it myself. When I called to have it fixed I was placed on hold and then hung up on after about a minute. I would not recommend this place, I’ve had far better experiences at other urgent cares.
I was seen promptly and Dr Hebbar appeared very willing to work with me on some health issues that have been frustrating me. He made me feel as though I had valid concerns.
