Dr. Tok, Northwest Rheumatology

Dr. Tok is one of the most dedicated physicians that I have worked with. Great, friendly, caring staff.

I started With Northwest Rheumatology a month or so ago. I was seeing doctor Tok, our first meeting she was very short with me and didn't really take the time to listen to my case. Dr. Tok was very quick to just prescribe medication and get me out the door. I went back for follow up appointment that ended up being an hour late. No one could tell me why Dr. Tok was running behind which wasn't a huge deal except for the fact that I had another appointment. I simply wanted to know if I would be seen before my next appointment. Dr. Tok ended up coming in at witch point I simply asked why were you running behind today filling justify knowing that my appointment was an hour late. I made sure to ask just normally in away of just trying to start a conversation. I didn't say it rudely to any degree. At this point she stood up a began to yell in my face, screaming at me to leave witch I got up without saying a word and was leaving at this point she followed me into the hallway becoming more irate. Dr. Tok processed to say she was calling security. Witch I still don't understand as I was trying to leave. Out of all the Doctors I see and have seen, Dr. Tok is by far the most unprofessional. If you are able to I would say go elsewhere.

Dr. Tok is unprofessional and has a disgusting attitude. She does not know how to treat her patients nor visitors. I wish I would have read all these ugly reviews about her before I brought my grandfather. I was translating for my grandfather and she got up and yelled at me to leave the room! My grandfather didnt understand what was happening , She needs to lose her medical license , or find something else to do with her life. Please, if you worry about your loved ones don't bring them here. also, I asked for a number to call to complain about how I was treated and all the workers said she runs the clinic.

If I could give Dr Ulker Tok less than one star I would!! Had a 3:30 appt finally saw the dr after 5pm. She came in without any conversation/introduction and had to look up my name on her paperwork.. she started typing on the laptop.. asking me if I had pain today.I tried to break into the conversation she just repeated her question three times as I tried to tell her that I was new to area had recently had serious accident broke my leg which required other doctors to stop a medication I was on. Humira. She got mad and kept asking me the same question .. to the point of being mean and rude! I wanted to discuss my current situation with a doctor and my current pain and whether I still needed that particular medication and I quote "I'm the doctor and I will ask the questions here'. To which I told her I was the patient and I needed her to hear me out as I had already waited 1 1/2 hours for my aapt ... She got up left the room and went on to her next patient. Where is the patient care here? I wasn't Interested in just starting up a medication I may or may not need.. I wanted to talk to a doctor about my current condition. And she walked out bc I didnt play her computer game.. I WILL be turning her into the medical board for unethical treatment!!

I have been seeing Dr Tok since 2004. She on our very first visit found that I had bone cancer! When my primary kept dismissing my systems, that it was all in my head! Since then she has had a tough job of treating me with rheumatoid arthritis, degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, neuropathy, carpal tunnel! IT'S HARD TO TREAT SOMEBODY WHO HURTS EVERYWHERE AND WHO IS AT A CONSTANT STATE OF PAIN AT AN AVERAGE OF A FIVE OR SEVEN ON THE PAIN SCALE! But she is, and I'm thankful! We've gone through many stages of my autoimmune disease and treatments. And we continue to work on fighting it! Yes at times the wait can be long. That hasn't happened since her new office opened. That doesn't mean her care of her patients is less. I've been taken care of and listened to. Thank you Dr Tok!

She is very good and compassionate. Unfortunately since the insurance reform she is also a little frazzled. When my insurance gliched as they often do, and stopped my meds, she kept up my treatment with samples till they resolved it, so there was no break in my care I would recommend her.

Absolute NIGHTMARE of visit. Dr. Tok should never be allowed to see patients again! After waiting for 1.5 hours in the lobby, waited for another 45 minutes in a room and when she finally came in she thought it was first visit even though I had seen her three times before!!!! Very rude and insensible, does not listen and interrupts. Saw me for 5 minutes and was rushing to kick me out of her office.

She hired me it was my first day then found out I wasn’t bilingual and let me go I had quit my other job just to commit my full time here and let me remind you I had did my externship here, she knew I didn’t speak Spanish because she tried to ask me to translate before and I told her that I wasn’t bilingual. So I am still out of a job but on the look for one since she did this to me it’s just so unprofessional. I don’t need to say anything bad about her because her patients already do.

Great doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Tok

Dr Tok she is so rude, she always in a hurry. No time to ask anything because she told you ok now you can go bye bye. And take you out from the room. And the personal is bad too, so unprofessional, and inaccessibly.
