The staff was incredible, they were sweet, accommodating, very educational. They were able to diagnosis and treat me for something my pcp ignored. Very mindful of the severity. But they didn’t panic me more. They took time and explained every detail of what they were doing to treat me. As someone who is terrified of medication, I value the person centered approach they took to treat me. Great service all around. Highly recommend.
I moved here from out of state. I had a very hard time finding a doctor but I needed to get my prescriptions filled. I spent all day looking for an urgent care that would help me. I'm not exaggerating at all Best med was very understanding and helped me 100%. I highly highly recommend these guys. They were just awesome, caring, and went way out of their way to take care of me.
I was on vacation in town and rolled my ankle. Just to make sure it wasn't broken, I went in to this Urgent Care for x-ray. All the ladies that helped me were great. They were all nice, caring, helpful, and attentive to my concerns. I would recommend for anyone that needs medical needs to go there. The reason for one less star was the waiting time. I was called in to the exam room from the lobby fairly quickly, but after getting in, it took over two hours for rest of the visit.
The staff and nurse was very good and informative. Diagnosed me having covid and gave me necessary prescriptions to help me to feel better and recover. I was very happy with being seen there. It wasn't the first time. I had the same experience once before.
Best urgent care experience in years! The wait time was reasonable. The nurses and doctor made me feel heard. They listened to my concerns, and responded appropriately. As a chronically ill person I see a lot of medical professionals, and I would recommend this location and Dr to my family and friends.
Arrived at 9 am and was out at 10 but very empty lobby for the wait time. My biggest frustration is that I was told by the allergist to get a referral and and that an Urgent Care was acceptable. I saw a Dr yet she refused to give me a referral whole point of visit and offered really no help. Very frustrating to take time off work, pay for a visit and get zero assistance. Front desk clerk friendly and clean space but feel I should get a referral or not be charged. I told the receptionist that’s what I needed. Thank you.
Wonderful experience! The staff was so kind and helpful and the doctor was literally a superhero.she did everything right and quickly. The office was extremely clean and sanitary as well. This will be the only urgent care we will use from now on!
My PA Amberley Smith went above and beyond. I am so impressed with her thoroughness and compassion. If I could make her my primary, I would do it in a heartbeat. Tetanus shot was over due and I was in need. On a Sunday, where the heck was I supposed to get er done?! But I won’t lie, I’m very scared of needles. So much so that when the nurse took my blood pressure, I was at a 146 at 10am. Chill out man. Sitting in the waiting room felt like the electric chair. Death row. My mind was at ease when they saw me though. Not only did they get me taken care of fast in the front and the examining room. They were very nice, and took time to understand an injury I had at work. Leading me to need the shot. So she walks in, does the wipe on the arm and I hear the needle get unsheathed. Then, truth be told, I didn’t even feel the shot. The young woman, who looked of Asian descent was excellent. I wish I would’ve grabbed her name to put in this review. I walked out of there feeling brand new. Thank you BestMed!!
