I had fallen against my knee and I’m 79. I was afraid I had broken something. We looked for the closest clinic and found one right near home. We called to make sure I could just walk in and the nice man on the phone assured me I could. Check in was easy since I’m part of the Novant family and they could use My Chart to get what they needed to know. I have already started recommending them to my family. Good job!

I was very pleased with my treatment and happy with the results. Kristen always handles my problems effectively. I am very pleased with her care.

If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend this place 100% Thankyou to my nurse whom was so kind to me & Doctor who took the time to answer every concern & questions I could think of. He's definitely a specialist. I'm happy with to results & the kindness of all. I highly, highly recommend this place.

I have absolutely never had a better experience with a doctors office. I went in and was greeted by Harper- she was friendly helpful and efficient. I stepped to the side for the restroom and when I came back out Lauren was at the door to walk me back- she did a great job making me feel comfortable took me back to the room and went through some questions with me. She told me we would grab some X-rays and be right back, Rebecca came and did my X-rays in less than 5 mins she was funny and kind. I was in the room again for less than 5 minutes with Katie the pa came in and explained what she felt like was going on and the options, she didn’t rush me or talk over me she was an excellent patient advocate. She left and Lauren came back in to fit me with a brace. She walked me out and introduced me to Wendy who checked me out and helped me with next steps. I left from there and before I even got home I got a call that my mri was approved by insurance and got an appt scheduled. I have never had a better experience in a medical facility, your team was amazing. I worked in the medical field for a long time and now work in customer service and these ladies were like the chick fila of medicine combined with the most effective and efficient medical practices I can imagine. This was a 10/10, I had a walk in appt and was in and out within 40 mins. Absolutely great job!

The doctors, p.a.'s and even those who answer the phone are wonderful professionals. I've been given much relief after my past visits. Getting older and the difficulties that come with it aren't always fun. My only concern is the wait time for responses through My Chart messaging.

From my arrival at the urgent care center to my departure, every person with whom I had contact was friendly, knowledgable and courteous. I was given full information about my alternatives for treatment and a referral was promptly scheduled. Could not have asked for better treatment.

Went today on 9/21 for my shoulder appointment that had been booked for several weeks. I show up and they say they’re having internet issues. I then sit for over a hour for them to announce that they are going to reschedule all of us and can’t see of us due to this issue. I took off work for this appointment and have been waiting for weeks. The lady said we’ll get a call back about rescheduling and we’ll get “priority” which is a bunch of bull. I got an appointment with orthocarolina for the next day not several weeks and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was able to be seen very quickly after my accident. Dr Bernstein and Brittni Thomas were thorough, professional, and compassionate. They helped get me an additional test and appointment to be seen for other injuries . Excellent care!

Very accommodating. I was initially scheduled for a much later date but was given an earlier appointment upon a cancellation. Everyone was super helpful and friendly from checkin through checkout including an impromptu X-ray before the doctor. With all that plus an injection I was in and out in about 20 minutes!

Unless I am mistaken Novant health offices allow up to 15 minutes late to an appointment and I was going to be late so I called and I’m not gonna name people but this person said ANY TIME past the appointment time the appointment is gone. SINCE WHEN ? I’m in pain and don’t have time to wait and todays the day I can be seen. Considering dropping provider
