My first visit experience went well at Nu-Smile Family Dentistry. Everyone was courteous and professional. All of the procedures X-rays, cleaning and exam were done smoothly and in a timely fashion so I could be done and head to work. Thank you one and all!
I had some financial questions after going for my 1st appointment today. The receptionist was fantastic but when the office manager, she wouldn't give me her name, got involved she was extremely rude and didn't really know what she was talking about and couldn't answer any of my questions. I walked out and will never go back because of her being so rude. I've never been treated so badly at any Dr's office. She should be ashamed of herself.
Everything was fine w/ cleaning et al until I finally had insurance. Then miraculously cavities appeared everywhere that required drilling huge holes in my teeth that they filled in— only for their fillings to keep falling out—- leading to them saying i need crowns instead of doing the filling right! I let them do 1 crown and have learned to live with the gaping hole where their other filling came out. My biggest regret is for my brother who i recommended in— who paid thousands and just got to enjoy his crown coming out right at dinner about 1 hour ago. If you want to keeping going back in for the same work over and over and watch it steadily worsen this is the place for you apparently.
The overall experience was outstanding. I didn't have any issues I felt very comfortable and confident to open up and talk to these women. Soon as I walk then it felt really homie oh, I actually got a little sleepy on how comfortable chairs were. I would definitely recommend this place to other folks. They have package deals for those who do not have insurance, these are very professional woman and take pride and joy and what they do and you can really tell its their passion.
I am not new to Nu-Smile, I've been their patient for some years. My visits are always great. The staff is top notch. So very friendly, knowledgeable and great at their jobs. They have done an OUTSTANDING job with my teeth. Because of Nu-Smile, I feel more confident and beautiful. They gave me a beautiful smile and for that I'm so grateful. The facility is beautiful and comfortable and Dr Sherry is an OUTSTANDING doc. She's easy to talk with and she and the staff takes the time to explain your dental issues and how they can be corrected. I can wholeheartedly recommend Nu-Smile...
My experience was overall positive. The dental hygienist was professional and informative on oral health.
Where to start?! I gave thousands of dollars to this place for fillings, crowns, and root canals. Not only did I spend hours each visit sitting in that chair, but my teeth became very sensitive after the work they did. During one visit getting crowns, I waited so long that the numbing wore off and they had to inject more, which left my jaw bruised. I thought, during that time, I just wasn’t lucky with dental care and suffered because I had bad teeth. Something told me after my last cleaning that I should just try another dentist office. I did, and was told that all of her work would need to be fixed, some of which insurance won’t pay for. My new dentist even fixed my crown surfaces that were botched by Nu-Smile, and I had instant sensitivity relief. I teared up at the thought that to fix Nu-Smile’s work, I will have to pay even more money…double what I spent previously trying to fix everything. I will never recommend this dentist office to anyone.
Oh my what to say!! Top notch staff, and went above and beyond in this office!! Had a great home feel to it!! Wasn’t nervous at all!! A week later, my teeth still feel great, no pain afterwards at all!! Gonna be working on that perfect smile too I highly recommend this office and the staff to anyone that gets nervous with a dentist!!
Had an appointment at 12:20 sit there waiting till 1 still didn't get called back called people back that showed up after me not a good experience never did any of the people in office even tell me anything definitely do not recommend ZERO stars review made me give one
