I love NuBody! The workouts are top notch. You never get bored doing the same thing over and over. There’s so much variety and even though it’s a group setting, classes are small so there is that personal touch each trainer brings. The workouts feel tailor made to you. Don’t be afraid to try something hard. Your body will thank you!

The level of expertise the trainers have, their focus and feedback provide a safe, encouraging environment which develops confidence and trust. There is no other gym like NuBody. I WANT to be there. The workouts are challenging, but rewarding and I never get bored. The culture is supportive and encouraging.

So far my NuBody experience has been one of accomplishment.  After two kids and having my last one recently this past September it seemed like the perfect time for me to get started on my fitness goals.  The workouts push you to your full potential and the trainers keep it interesting, not to mention that they are super encouraging.  I'm excited to continue my transformation journey with NuBody Fitness!

NuBody Fitness has provided me with a workout experience that is unparalleled. Challenging workouts paired with great nutritional guidance allow NuBody clients to achieve health and fitness goals that many never thought possible. The overall experience is made even better by the NuBody staff members that have such a passion for what they do. Making the effort to get to know each client, NuBody trainers cater to clients' needs while pushing them to go outside of their comfort zone to get the most out of every single workout. Fellow clients are also a huge motivation and inspiration. At NuBody, you're surrounded by people who want you to succeed and want you to be able to keep checking off every fitness goal you have. It's been 3+ years and I still love it just as much!

This is a great place to work out and learn how to regain your health from your busy life. The leaders/trainers are very knowledgeable and understand all aspects of fitness and overall living a healthy lifestyle. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a way to get healthy and in shape! I attend with my wife and our two daughters. We are all at different fitness levels and we are all able to get challenged for our level! Again great place!

I am into my second week of the 21 day free no gimmick whatsoever with NuBody and am enjoying it more than I ever thought. I am actually excited to go to the gym. It is NOT an easy work-out and my muscles hurt somewhere new everyday. But, I do feel accomplished, energetic and am already seeing quite a significant decrease in body fat. The trainers and all the folks there are awesome and will work with you until you get it right. Everyone is very supportive. Yeah NuBody—You ROCK!

I've been going to NuBody Fitness for years!  It is the only workout program that has worked for me.  The trainers are awesome!  I enjoy not knowing what we will do at each session except to know that I will get a great workout.  And did I mention I hate exercise and working out but it's different at NuBody Fitness!  Come join the fun!

NuBody fitness has changed my life!! James and the trainers have given me the guidance, support and knowledge to have a successful experience. I have lost 10% body fat in 6 months.  I had just had baby #5 when I started bootcamp in January, now 6 months later I am in the best shape I've ever been in.  I am continuing on my NuBody journey and can't wait to see what else I can achieve!!!
