The customer support staff is outstanding. I have called them with issues and they always fix my problem in an extraordinary amount of time meaning very fast. They are all nice and friendly. I just spoke with Noah and he solved my problem in less then 5 minutes and was very professional and seemed to genuinely care about the patients/customers. Thank you nucara, absolutely wonderful.

I was with Medicap for years  but decided to switch to Nucara Ames because it was closer to my home. I have found they are also a lot cheaper than Medicap. Customer service is great too. Highly recommend and I'm picky.

Current location on map is wrong, it is located inside the Ames Fitness Center. Staff was super helpful, quick and prices were reasonable.
