Absolutely horrible service. We have had to call and replace numerous women that they have sent. They do not clean my father's house at all. They sat on their phones, told my dad they were here to just sit and keep him company, they did not clean anything if it had to be moved, like a toaster, coffee pot, etc., and half clean the floors. It is amazing that a company would run this way. I am posting pictures I took after the woman had been to my fathers house for 3 days, for 2 hours each day. She left her tampon on top of my father's kitchen garbage, along with a piece of her hair weave. She didn't empty the overflowing garbage and her nasty tampon, which was not even wrapped in anythng fell on the floor. The list can go on. She used an entire box of our cleaning gloves in one day. Dumped an entire bottle of floor cleaner in a bucket of water that was not suppose to be mixed with water, ruined our hardwood floors. We had that cleaner for over a year cause you were only to use a small amount. Never put cleaning tools away. She broke our sweeper. Take a look at these pictures after 3 days and 6 hours of her working and the company paid her and charged the Veterans Administration over $80 for her coming.

This place is contracted by Mercer County Area on Aging Agency to provide aids for low income seniors. My mom has had this service for about 4 years. The aids are always cancelling because of everything under the sun. They don't show up, don't call to tell they aren't showing up, and now the aid just quit but didn't bother to let my mom know. Horrible service!
