The men who worked with him were also very clean, polite and so professional. I had 3 estimates on replacing all of my windows and Nueces Construction was in line with the other 2. I am so glad I contacted Nueces Construction before I finalized my insurance claim. John thoroughly inspected my property and the damage caused by the storm. Basically, the insurance company’s estimate was incomplete and did not include the replacement of roof flashing and vents, did not include many damaged areas inside and would have resulted in an incomplete repair that would not have been consistant with industry standards or would have required me to pay out of pocket. John prepared a very thorough and professional estimate that clearly explained what was needed and why. He worked directly with my insurance company and he knew how to explain it to the insurance company so they understood and gave me complete coverage. I also had Nieces put in new Storm Breaker windows. My utility bill is now cut in half and my house is so quiet. I would definitely recommend Nueces Construction!

John helped me with my insurance claim, he was very knowledgeable in the insurance industry and took the time to explain every step to me. He dealt directly with my adjuster to maximize my settlement, which was substantially lower when my adjuster first came out. I am extremely happy with the results I got and would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
