Nutured Spirits Reiki is a combination of energy modalities and shaman practice that bring ones self to a sense of inner peace, allowance and self love to our spirit. Each Session is unique to each ones being. I work with cyrstals to help support lifting blockages with in our chakras and Auras to bring more ease to the movement of energy along with Access Bars Consciousness to start the clearing away of old energy to better allow one to start receiving the new abundant energy that awaits us. I also connect with the Spirit Realm and give messages that are needed
