As a visitor from NYC, this was an awesome theater to go to. Saw Top Gun vía D-Box and it was a cool experience with the moving chairs. Also, love the low prices on food and drinks!
Theaters are always clean and a comfortable temperature. Not freezing like some other theaters are. Friendly staff. Somewhat sketched out by the scooping of popcorn with bare hands after handling cash. Gloves should be required when skin comes in contact with food.
Awesome theater! Saw Spirited away on Sunday, after being obsessed with it for the last 20 yrs. However, the seats were super uncomfortable and when we 1st got there the preview looped 9 times until my friend went out to tell the staff and ask them when the movie would be starting. It did a few minutes after he got back to me. Besides that, I'm open to giving it another shot
Good service, clean theater, clean restroom. Temp was good, volume was good, seats were comfy. Saw Avatar, 3 hour movie, need comfy seats for such a long movie! Great movie too, in case you're interested .
Very dissatisfied, the movie we went to see had no heat . It felt like they had the air conditioner on . The 2 seats next to us were completely broken. Just spoke on the phone with the manager and there was nothing but excuses. Don't recommend this movie theater to anyone. Don't buy the popcorn very old taste and many kernels instead of meaty tasting popcorn.
Love going to the movies. Went on a Tuesday special. Tickets less expensive, but snacks and drinks ridiculously priced.
Popcorn was very old and stale, I asked them if I could get some made fresh an they told me that they just made a new batch and it was fresh. That was a lie as the new batch was also cold and very stale. A few of the theater staff I spoke with also told me that they save old popcorn and put it into bags an then dump it back into the popcorn maker. Also the theater I was in was very hot and sweaty due to the fact that their was no air conditioning. The owner of this theater is clearly very cheap and does not care about the overall satisfaction of there customers.
They saved what could have been a epic step dad failMy daughters father tells me he got free monster truck tickets from his job so we decide to take my 13yr old son Wedrove all the way to Epping 40min driveI payed 15 for parking just to be told the free tickets were NOT free tickets but a coupon for a free child's ticket$20 with purchase of a $50 adult ticketNeedless to say had a very sad 13yr old, but that frown turned upside down thanks to O'Neil Cinemas!! After watching a movie about a singing crocodilenamed Lyle&after the manager heard what happened he hooked us up with popcorn &a drink! Thank you again for saving our night from being a total disaster
The seats are comfortable and it's nice and clean no sticky floors or arm rests on the seats. The counter workers were great
Theater small, but good sight lines. Very clean. Worth the price for senior tickets.concessions $$$, as anywhere else
