Great service and easy to find parts needed. Used the code reader on our car after it threw an engine light. It happened to just be something simple. The staff that helped out was really nice and understanding. Made the process easy and non stressful
The staff are really helpful and go out if their way to provide the best customer service. Even when it’s busy they are calm, collected and never make you feel rushed or that you are inconveniencing them. The store is also clean and easy to navigate.

They say they help with check engine light. But they gave me reader to do it myself saying they did not have enough people to help everyone was pulling parts. But there was 3 people behind counter helping customers. Then when I asked him to review with me through my pics to make sure I did it right he refused. To get check engine light help I would go to Autozone I've always been helped well there with check engine lights
I bought a new battery from O'Reilly Auto Parts early part of 2018. I kept my original receipt in the glove box as I do anytime I buy a new battery for a vehicle just in case I have any issues. Within the last week or two I was coming out to find my car wouldn't start requiring me to jump it to get back going again. Tonight I brought my car up to O'Reilly in Elk River so they could do a test on the battery to see if something was wrong with the battery or maybe my car the obvious thing maybe being an alternator. When I walked in the store I was greeted by Jay who was extremely helpful during my entire visit. I showed him the receipt, he pulled it up in the computer and told me no problem let's go run a few tests. Even though he was the only person up front, he still offered to help me and went and grabbed someone from the back so we could begin testing my battery. After a quick test, Jay discovered the battery wasn't charging correctly and offered me a replacement on the spot. Not only did he go back in and get a replacement, he even offered to put it in right in the parking lot. Needless to say I left the store with my problem solved and Jay went the extra mile to even put it in my car for me. He went above and beyond for customer service. After an experience like this, O'Reilly will be my go-to place for future purchases. Sometimes it's about how a company stands behind its products or services and today's visit was one of those times which will only lead me to buy from them in the future.
The workers here are so nice! My rear wiper blade was a pain and the guy helping me made sure it was the right fit before leaving. Thank you!
Went to go get a hardware kit for drum brakes. It was super easy
Jay- at the Elk River location- went above and beyond to help me with a small issue-getting an old license plate off that the screw was stripped and bolts practically rusted on.... while this wasnt a lucrative for the storr- his help, guidance, and advice meant so very much. I will definitely be back for my automotive needs. Thanks so much Jay
Just recently had to get some brake light replacements and the people inside where very helpful and friendly getting me what I needed. Even came outside to help me ensure they worked after replacement :
