You can't beat the help you get at O'Reilly's. They will give you a code reading for free. Helping you to make decisions with what to do. I would of been stuck in the middle of no where if O'Reilly's hadn't told me I should get right home or to mechanic.
Always friendly and fast asked about a part they had it the next morning.
meh....wasn't terrible service....but not so sure I'd write home about it either......
I stopped to get new wiper blades and I could not find a set to fit my vehicle. When I went to the parts counter, the employee it may have been the owner walked up to the counter looked me in the face, ignored me, and started working on the computer. He did not even acknowledge my presence. He won't ever have to again because I will go to a business where they at least are grateful to have customers.
These guys know there stuff. If they don't know, they'll find out. Ordering in store pick up is handy. The stores always clean and they are often busy and still friendly despite listening to people like me, not knowing a name of what I'm looking for but explaining what I can explain lol. Thanks guys!
Great staff, great service and the companies tool loan program is a huge help. Many times I have fixed vehicles and needed a specialized tool. I feel like many of the staff has some kind of experience or background in mechanics, they have helped me solve many issue that have stumped me. Fair on prices with a price match, they are normally the better price. Great work to the staff at the O'Reilly in Long Prairie location. Thanks for all your help.
