Oregon Urban Rural (O.U.R.) is a not-for-profit, community based, low-income designated Federal Credit Union, serving our community since 1969. We represent a self-help alternative for low-income individuals whom banks inadequately serve and finance companies exploit. We promote economic empowerment in Lane County’s low-income areas by increasing the community’s use of, access to, and control over financial services.
