I don't know about the management, but I have a friend who has lived here for a long time. Everytime we visit, it's clean and quiet. And I can share they have curb side garbage pickup.
Uncle has lived here for many years. Only problems he has is maintenance. Pays 450 in lot rent. And when stuff messes up he call the management. Management says they are not responsible for maintenance repairs. So he will call me to come do repairs. While I'm there at least 4 to 6 park residents come ask me to fix things. Maybe I need your job Arthur.
I lived there first kids would throw there garbage a our garden 2 there sometimes loud music and party at like 4 in the morning 3 the boss at that place was mean she get pepole in trouble for no reason I just say the houses are good the naborhod is ok but its I cant explain it hope yall like reading
The is a residential mobile home park. Best for families. Not a retirement park. Well groomed and maintained.
Very busy bus stop. Very crowded. Still a decent mobile home park
