Sarah Rousos, is an excellent nurse practitioner. She understood my complex medical history and really took the time to hear me and listen. She was able to get me answers to my questions both thoroughly and with knowledge and confidence. And her amazing clinic staff, Lydia, goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and heard. They are kind and compassionate while also being efficient and respectful of your time. Lydia and Sarah always have a smile on their faces, and you can tell they really enjoy their job and work well as a team, which really makes a difference. Octavia, the office manager, has been able to work me in to a very busy schedule without a significant wait for any urgent appointment needs that I have had in the past. I was so impressed by the teamwork and commitment to excellence demonstrated by Sarah, Lydia and Octavia, and I will definitely be going back for any health needs without hesitation!

I am very please with the service that I get from Sarah Rousos, APRN and her staffs. Sarah Rousos is so compassionate and knowledgeable. She really made me feel welcome and took the time to answer all of my questions. She even go above and beyond to get me in last minutes on the same day to treat me with my pains. She even personally call to check how was I feeling. That’s so rare and I really appreciated her very much. I will continue to come back her office and recommend her to my friends and family.

Jeanie is a great practitioner. But the office staff and management are horrible, rude they lie. Office manager has no follow through. Over the past several years the majority of my appointments have been canceled and have to be reschedule and I have to wait weeks for new appointment. It’s a joke. Never got a call from the director of ops like the manager said. She needs to be retrained or fired. But I am sure nothing will happen just like always.

This clinic does not return calls within 24 hours even for medication reactions.Nor return your call the same day when the recording instructs caller to leave name and number and that you are in the queue and your call will be returned asap. Max Health has their own list of specialists which the Medical Director insists on referring patients to even if you request your own specialist who is in your network, unprofessional phone people who do not have all the information including who you are being referred to or if your own provider has read portal messages you’ve sent. I have been chastised, threatened to not answer my questions and hung up on even when I am needing information sent to specialist. Find another clinic!

The office staff, nurses are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nurse Jeanie is the best. Very understanding, patient, caring, thorough, answers all questions that you may have, supportive, and I really like her. Everyone is professional and so very kind. All is always smiling Great atmosphere all around.

I had an appointment for prescription refills. The person I have been going to there for years quit the week before so I saw Jasmine. She was not very personable and seemed nervous. I found out after that she was in training. Jasmine told me that she is unable to write prescriptions but assured me they would be sent electronically to my pharmacy. I received a confirmation text that they had been electronically sent but the pharmacy never received them. I called Max health and was told 2 of my prescriptions were not being refilled. I wasted my time and lost an hours pay of work to go to an appointment that was a waste of time. Will be finding a new provider!

I have been a patient of Jeannie Earnhardt since Max Health took over my Dr's office seversl ytlrs ago. This has been the best health decision of my life. The preventative care and monitoring is awesome. The staff out front Awesome yesterday when I went. Jeannie is intelligent, compassionate, incredible memory and listening skills. If I ever had to move out of State I would fly back to see her. One of the best in the medical field. Max Health please take good care of her so she STAYS!!!

Jasmine, PA took amazing care of my mother, very confident and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend.

You have a diamond on staff there.Sarah Rousos, APRN ! I was not planning on returning to Max Health anymore from previous experiences. However, my experience with Sara Rousos has changed my mind and earned a patient for Life. While having my annual physical, I mentioned to Sara that we were expecting our first grandchild. She immediately informed me of the Tdap vaccine that is strongly suggested for grandparents to protect the baby. Sara showed a great concern for my health and my family. This cannot be taught. This is who she is. Max Health is very lucky to have her there, and I will continue my loyalty with Her as my APRN.

Dr Sarah Rousos is awesome she takes the time to listen, she makes suggestions and you can see she cares for her patients!
