All the negative reviews are absolutely true. I came in feeling strange and sick, I got my blood test done and it took 6 DAYS to process. It was too late, I learned of an autoimmune and thyroid disorder, fainted twice in the middle of the day and ended up in the ER. I didn’t get a call about my abnormal tests so I had to schedule a follow up to try to understand how this happened. Dr. Forrest said I needed to go to 3 specialists, I went to all three and the final test results were all normal. They all referred me back to Dr. Forrest with their recommendations for one more test. Dr. Forrest assured me this blood test could be done at the office, however, when I showed up at the Decatur lab said they could perform the test a doctors lab can’t perform their own blood test?. So she printed a lab request to take somewhere else. Now at Quest, the code was incorrect and their lab was unable to perform the test, told me to go back to my PCP to fix the order. I went back in person first thing in the morning, and Dr Forrest said she’d call it in directly. THREE DAYS later I get a notification from LabCorp that she called in the test. But, no surprise, at that appointment, Dr. Forrest entered the wrong code and it required more detail, so they couldn’t perform the test. Three times, Dr Forrest completely failed to correctly order a lab test. I sent two message via the Portal, I left voicemails to her directly in between 2 virtual appointments and 1 walk-in to seek a resolution, but getting ahold of Medcura on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. Their text message service also doesn’t work. I’ve called Referrals, Appointments, HR, every department and left messages to speak with her supervisor or Office Manager to rectify this issue. And no one will return my calls. It’s been two months since I was in the ER and this company hasn’t lived up to basic medical and communication practice standards. I’ve changed Healthcare Providers at this point but am seeking legal action against this company for medical malpractice.
It was clean and beautiful. I did not wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment that I was 5 minutes late for. I completed my paperwork before my appointment. Doctor Greene-Johnson and the nurse was kind and informative. The phlebotomist did a great job drawing my blood which is an issue sometimes due to my small veins. I love the portal for notes on my visit and test results.
The doctor did a wonderful job pulling my tooth. No pain and what I love the most is that he explained everything to me about my treatment plan.
The receptionist was on her and the company phone the whole time laughing with a friend no wonder I can’t ever get anyone on the phone or a call back! I showed up to my appointment early and still didn’t get taken back until 40 minutes after my appointment was! Mind you I had to wait 3 weeks to even get in to be seen and they had the nerve to call me a week prior to my appointment asking why I haven’t been in!!! Hello your receptionist number one doesn’t do her job and number two made me this appointment so far out! I will be seeking another ob because I refuse to come here again after waiting another 40 minutes in the room just to be seen for 2 minutes
Extremely ghetto & no care for medical concerns or treatment. The employee that checks patients in at the front us extremely, ghetto, rude, UNPROFESSIONAL & confrontational. I called early this morning and was told I could walk in from 1 pm until 3 pm. I drove one hour to this location; got there an hour early to be on time. And was told they’re not taking any walk in’s today; because no one is there to do them. That should have been stated over the phone. She was very rude & inconsiderate and told me to go to somewhere else. I should have known not to waste my time with a 2.7 rating. And to think this is MY PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER on my insurance. I will be getting that changed immediately!!
LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR PATIENT CARE!!!! THIS PLACE & ITS INHABITANTS ARE A JOKE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!! SEEKING ANY TYPE OF “HEALTH CARE” HERE IS RISKING YOUR LIFE!!!! WE PAY TOO MUCH FOR INSURANCE TO HAVE IT WASTED DEALING WITH THIS STAFF!!!! •HORRIBLE•
I went to this location on yesterday I was a walk in I arrived at 2:00pm and left at 5:10pm. Ok they close at 5 and the staff are leaving and Im still at doctor's office. I had a virtual visit for OBGYN the doctor told me my urine was toss and they never tested my urine and then you ask me what I think is wrong with me and you don't finish the virtual visit and you just send over a prescription of what you think is wrong with me. I made a an appointment with Grady.
I’m still sitting in the exam room and let me tell you… I’m glad I obeyed my spirit and came to this location. I felt like Dr. Wright was my mom speaking to me. I feel safe and don’t really look forward to coming here often if you know what I mean but I trust these individuals have my best interest at heart; emotionally and physically. All the staff including Ms Arnetta was great
This is the most unprofessional rescheduling place I know . Don’t make an appointment through the dentist for a cleaning you won’t receive it til bout two appointments later first is a consultation. SMH where they do that at . Then you’ll get X-rays then finally last appointment you might get your cleaning . Definitely don’t come with kids even if your a single mother with no babysitter don’t bring your kids leave them in car or they goin reschedule you smfh trash establishment. DO NOT COME HERE
With the exception of my provider, this clinic is lacking, especially the lab department. Each time the phlebotomist comes in late. She then has a social event with her co-workers before seeing patients. I've observed her come in have a bite, listen to music and finally starts to work. If the aforementioned is necessary she needs to come in earlier. The is very unorofessional.
