This place is the best place in Putnam co. To call Home. I rent an RV space here which they have 2 of, and they rent 20 mobile homes. All the people here are friendly and we watch out for each other. I've been here a year and we have never heard of any theft or ever saw law enforcement here. The park is clean and well kept. The grounds are always mowed and the shrubbery is trimmed. I plan on calling this place home for a long time. Very convenient to shopping and schools. UPDATE, I’ve been here for 3 years and I hope to never leave. Great place to live

Me and my family lived there for over a year they are always there for the tenants the park is safe and quiet i could let my kids go out side and play knowing they were safe i would tell anyone this is the best place to live in
It's a great park, I work there doing lawn maintenance and everyone is friendly. I do my best to keep it nice and clean
