What a great experience from somebody who has dental anxiety this office was amazing everywhere from scheduling the appointment with Jennifer to checking in with Jess and Veronica the hygienist Kat was amazing and the dentist Dr Burns is probably the best dentist I've ever encountered. My 2 front teeth on top were decaying on the bottom so he completely made them as good as new. If you are anxious about seeing the dentist then Burns dentistry is the perfect place for you, it's nothing like a regular trip to the dentist it's almost like a spa experience from offering of beverages when you get there to the hygienist seeing if you want a pillow letter getting worked on and the nice relaxing music during your procedure, I will never go to another dental office.Even the checkout and billing were right on which is uncommon these days.
Dr. Burns and his team are absolutely amazing. From the time I entered the office I was treated in a friendly and professional manner. Everything regarding my treatment was explained to me in layman's terms. Dr. Burns is a phenomenal dentist and I immediately felt comfortable with him as he explained all facets of my treatment plan. I have been to dentists all over the world and without a doubt Dr. Burns and his team are the best I've ever been to and I highly recommend them. THANK YOU team Burns!
I am so happy I found this office! I have struggled for years to keep a dentist past the 1st appointment and just hopped around always feeling dissatisfied. I have truly never felt more comfortable at a dentist office than I do here. Everyone is great, from the front desk staff Roslyn, Veronica, and I think Jessica- they are just so friendly and welcoming which is normally rare for front desk lol and always accommodate and schedule all future appointments right there with me. To Bree- the hygienist who is just super cool all around but makes me feel very comfortable each appointment. And the actual dentist Dr. Kleeman who was very thorough in my exams and consultation. I have never had a dentist sit down with me and take the time that they do here. I will be recommending everyone I know here, thank you for the great customer service and work you guys do! :
Retired military and 1st time for my family at Burns Dentistry in Litchfield Park yesterday. A great! great! experience, my wife of 30 years said it was the best she has every experienced. They took great care of our special needs son. They are in network for military retiree's. From the front desk until we left the service, professionalism, caring attitude were on full display. We will be back in 6 months for another cleaning and truly look forward to being with this company for many years to come. Thank you. I will follow with another review after our next appointment. Just had another amazing visit to the dentist… never thought I’d say that ! Oasis is such a pleasant experience I can’t imagine going anywhere else . The staff is amazing and the work is perfect and professional. They make you feel like family. I am extremely anxious going to the dentist and I’m now looking forward to visiting my dentist office. Let me start off by saying I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. When I went in for an appt the atmosphere was spa like and very soothing. I first met with the dental assistant Kat who has a bubbly personality and very friendly. Next I met with the hygienist Briana and my anxiety was starting to kick in. She was very comforting sharing her own experience with anxiety. Talked me through every step making sure I was doing okay. Next up was Dr. Kaiser who also has a friendly bubbly demeanor. He was really down to earth which also helped ease my nerves. After all the dental work was done I was walked out to the check out desk and met Jen who was also nice and helpful scheduling my follow up appts and making sure I was all set before leaving. I have to say this team is amazing so I will be returning for future dental care. This was an entirely different experience from what I've had in the past. I already recommended them to my coworkers and friends.
I have to say..I've never been to a dentist office that is so Amazing as Burns Dentistry. They are extremely kind and accommodating. Not to mention the most detailed and informative dental exam about the health and condition of my teeth and gums I've ever had. They are Amazing!
Everytime I have come to the office, I have nothing but amazing experiences. I honestly do not love going to the dentist, but the office staff and assistants are beyond accommodating to nervous patients. The education and explanations are thorough and make you feel empowered to make your own decisions. Truly a wonderful place to get the best treatments.

Felt so comfortable with the staff right away! I was given a tour, a welcome bag with goodies. The office equipment is very modern and very clean. My doctor, Kaiser and his assistant were amazing. I felt at ease with the procedure and am looking forward to my next visit and will gladly refer friends who are looking for a five star dentist.
