Friendly, professional, they came on time. I thought my engine was destroyed after the mouse urine and waste. But thanks to OCD, my engine looks like the day it rolled off the lot.
Getting in touch with Eric was fast and easy. He calls back in a decent amount of time, and texts back quickly. My car is clean and obsessively detailed to the point I do not want to drive it anywhere for fear of getting it dirty. Paying Eric was quick with his card reader. Eric's personality and work are extremely high quality - anyone and everyone can appreciate his attitude and his final product. Everyone's reviews of Eric's work are top notch and hard to ignore; as this is why I hired him in the first place. What the only contrary to my car's detailing is that my car will get dirty again. Inevitably, I may need to give Eric more of my money. There are no alternatives to Eric's precision to detail - as the scratches that were on my brand new vehicle are once again no longer there. While he kept saying he wasn't able to get all of the dog hair out of my vehicle from my two short haired dogs, he did fantastic work. The two hours he spent cleaning my car were worth my money.
Bret with OCD came to my house EARLY and started work right away. I am very happy with the results of my vehicle. He was able to get the spider web scratches out of the clear coat and make it look fantastic. The engine bay looks brand new like there was never a mile driven on it, and the interior was cleaned even with 2 dogs worth of hair and 5 years worth of dirt on it. It's showroom ready inside and out. He even went above and beyond and cleaned and protected the tonneau cover which was completely unexpected. Very professional and the work was fantastic. I'd recommend OCD and Bret to anyone looking to get their car detailed.
Eric detailed my wife's Nissan Juke that looked like it had run with a group of Jeeps through muddy mountains for weeks which is kind of true. What would have taken me 6-8 hours to try to attempt, he did under 2. The name of his company says it all. Her car looks better than when we bought it new! His pricing is very fair, he takes tremendous pride in his work and will be referring him to everyone I know.
Okay second review of OCD mobile car detailing. This time I had my Chevy Silverado detailed by Eric. Again Eric was right on time for our appointment and just as courteous as the first time. The truck came out fantastic, there were a couple stains on the head liner and some surface scratches on the bed of the truck but Eric got them out. Its been a week now and the stains never re-showed as I've had happen before. I could not be more satisfied using OCD mobile detailing. And it is so convenient having Eric come to you. You don't have to waste your time our worry about dropping your car off or finding rides. I'll be sticking with OCD from now on.
Eric was super nice and fast responding. Bret came and detailed my truck. I had lots of dog hair stuck in the carpet and he spent 5 hours on my truck. It looks awesome.
Not good. Sheduled just so he can cancel on me. Smh....
Never heard of this place.
