My mother and I decided to take a spontaneous trip out to this Casino since we've never been before. Upon our arrival, we loved the overall look of the outside of the Casino. Very inviting and beautiful design. Once we entered the Casino, we noticed the Security post was empty. No employee greeted us upon entering what so ever. We headed over to get our players card since we had a coupon for $5 free play. The woman who was at the window was extremely rude and cold to us. I believe her name was Anita. She acted as if we were an inconvenience to her right away and was short with us the whole time. We both were completely put off by her attitude. Having people at the *welcome desk* that don't even want to be there, sucks the fun out of the experience. At least fake that you enjoy your job. We walked around for a short while and played a couple games and left. Very underwhelming experience overall.

It's was our first time at this Casino. We really liked the way the smoking are was cl I see off.  We had a super time. We were able to play the  slips for over 2 hours,  I left with my original $50. Plus.  We will go back.Service: 5/5

I was part of a batcholor party that played here. It was a busy Saturday night but we had a good time and managed to find a few seats at the tables. I did alright with slots while by friends did well at blackjack.

I go there a couple times a week .the one time I get ahead , approx 2000 Dollars they had a guy come to me and ask me to leave because I drank to much. I had one drink less than I usually have. I am a regular. And am not happy with how I was treated. I am not a outspoken person. And they kicked me out because I was winning. I believe that with all my heart. And will never go there again. Turtle Creek here I come.

My wife Sandy and I spent three days at your beautiful Casino. It was clean and spaced out quite well.  While Sandy played slots, I pretty much played the table games. The dealers that I came in contact with that stood out were Vic, Thomas, Vickie and a Gentleman with a braided pony tail at the Craps table. Each and every one of these staff members were kind, courteous and at times hilarious! These folks are great assets to your Casino!  Thanks to all for providing a great time, we look forward to our next visit soon!  Dave and Sandy Mohn

Hotel 5 stars for sure. Casino -5 stars right off the bat and I walked right out; I wouldn't even play on free money if I was paid to do so. Absolutely no hospitality. Incredibly cold, rude, and UN-WELCOMING.  Rooms: Very clean and comfortable  Nearby activities: Loved the pool and hot tub  Food & drinks: Awesome  Noteworthy details: Hospitality at the hotel was spectacular!

Best place to stay. There room were very nice and cozy. Best view looking out to the lake. Best breakfast in the morning. Very convenient to get to the casino with free shuttle.Rooms: 5/5

If you are staying at Boyne Mountain Resort don't waste your time unless you are driving.  We spent $130 round trip going to Petosky since we were given the $25 voucher and decided to make a night of it and go for dinner and to the casino.  After having dinner we grabbed a drink and called for the shuttle, but we were accused of "bar hopping" and told they would not pick us up.  Even though each of us had only had one beer at the time. Regardless of explaining we were sober, we were still left with having to cab it to the casino since otherwise it just would have been a VERY expensive dinner.  Upon arriving at the casino it was unremarkable at best.  Dealers and cash counter staff were friendly though, that's why it's 2 stars instead of 1.  Overall not a great experience, would have driven had I known we were all going to be sober when we left.  Guess the house won that one.  Walkability: Apparently there is a shuttle.  DO NOT tell them you are anywhere near a bar when you call though, they will not bother picking you up.

Great casino players club gives you $5 for signing up. They have true penny slots. We had a blast highly recommend.Location: 5/5

Dude with the guages in his ears bartending... Just got there around happy hour and ordered a beer and drank it swiftly looking to get a buzz on before I spent some money on the floor. Tried to order another one 5 mins later and told me and I had to wait 10 mins because I was drinking them too fast  because they were "SO CHEAP". Worst casino I have EVER been to, avoid it like the plague.
