Had a line for a computer. Suggest learning and using the self print/copy/scan equipment. Got a little crowded in that area too. Other than that the worker was helpful.

Office Depot in Lufkin Texas give great customer service. They are very professional. I went last night and William made me very comfortable. He was getting ready to close his department and stop to help me. He told me, "when I come back in the morning he would help me". He kept his word and told me someone else would help me."

My wife went to pick up a USB 2.0 male to male cable they listed as having over 20 in stock online. When she went in, they had none in the store. She asked a male associate if they had any and directed her back to the same aisle. She told him none were there and asked if maybe some were in the back. He said no, but asked for what use did she need it. She told him for a charger we have and he rudely replied, "It doesn't work that way." as if she were stupid. What we have absolutely does work that way. We found the cable elsewhere and everything is working perfectly. We'll never use this rude place again.

Office Depot always provide great customer service. I am a business owner and use Office Depot to print my business cards. My business cards are stored in their system for whenever I need another box of cards. I really love the quality of my cards. Thank you Office Depot.

I've used Office Depot for years.  They usually ship online orders the same day and they arrive within a couple of days.  Good product selection and great service.

Great store. They actually sell a multi tool with a flashlight which I had given up on finding.

Went to make a copy.   Looked for a place to put in cash, didn't see one.  Went to the cashier for help.  Told me it only takes DEBIT CARDS.  Asked if they have a code they can give me if I was to pay her.  "NO, THEY ONLY TAKE DEBIT CARDS".  Hmmm, ok.  Asked if she knew of any other place that makes copied "NO".  thought that she was kinda rude in her tone.  As I turned away to leave she said I could get a gift card and use it.  Ok, better than looking for somewhere else.  So gave her 50 cents to put on the card.  Copy was only 16 cents so left the card on the machine. Next time I'll ask around before going back there. Employee was somewhat rude and lack of convenience of being able to using cash or using a code given out by a cashier after paying for copies. Perhaps I'll call the library here to see if they have copy machines.
