I’m speechless as to how this store is looking from a remodel. I used to like to browse and buy a few items from the clothing department but seeing how all this is turning out I couldn’t help but rate and leave a review. I love to shop at Target stores but this one in Lufkin I will not be shopping those areas. To say it is a hot mess is an understatement. The fitting room is another story.
Nice and cool inside, no long lines found what I needed and prices was great.. Clothing, Homewood, summer stuff awesome. Great customer service.. Just wish they were a market as well.. Definitely be going back.
It was my first time at this location, it was so different, fresh, and clean. Two employees were nice enough to offer assistance in looking for some office supplies I was there for.
I love the app! And when I ordered on the app my order was ready quickly and everyone was super nice
I have no complaints. I drive from Nacogdoches to comes here. It’s my absolute happy place. They have friendly staff, a great Starbucks, great selection of items, etc. it’s truly one of the highlights of my week coming to this store
We stopped in for just a couple things after having lunch across the street. The store was super clean. Everything was bright and inviting. This store was either very new, had a recent remodel or had great people doing a great job with maintenance. It was very refreshing to see. The checker at the self scan station, Chris, was extremely nice and very helpful when we had trouble using a gift card. Thanks Chris. You are a credit to Target.
I'm very frustrated with this company. I received alot of diapers for my 4th child. He's already grown out of the size that I still have of unopened boxes as well as the brand that i do not prefer. They will not allow returns for over $100 a year on an ID. Nor do they allow exchanges. This is very frustrating and not putting customers first. I buy alot of diapers here but plan to switch where I spend the money due to their lack of commitment to customers.
Update: called Corporate Customer Service and issue was satisfactorily resolved. Seems our local manager and cashiers need clarification on return policies. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service and their inability to resolve a return issue. The store manager was a clock watcher who was eager to leave so she bailed leaving the cashier alone to try to figure out the issue. The issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.
Target has some great deals and products,
We love Target and having a Starbucks drink while we shop. When there are longer lines, they always open new ones, so the wait is never bad to check out. It is clean and organized and the employees are friendly and helpful.
