Patrick and the Office Furniture Expo team were terrific, seeing me the same day I called and getting furniture delivered to a new location within 2 days. Can’t say enough about the communication and helpfulness. The selection of quality used office furniture is excellent.
Like many of you, I am setting up my work from home space. I found myself in need of a good office chair, and wanted something that was good quality within my budget. I found it, and it's pictured here. From the moment I walked in, I was cheerfully and promptly greeted by the receptionist. I told her what I was looking for, and she directed me to the right place and said an associate would meet me there. The associate found me in the showroom, and helped me to find the perfect chair for my little workplace away from work, a used Kroll chair that will last me a long time as opposed to whatever new, cheap chair I could have gotten from a big box. I was very impressed with the selection. If you have to set up a workspace, this is the place to go. They truly have everything you could need, and with a courteous and helpful staff. I'll be back for any future office needs.
Overpriced used furniture. Patrick is terrible and lacks communication. Guys in the warehouse are lazy and don't want to lift heavy items. Highly NOT recommended.
Excellent customer service. Karl followed up even in these challenging times. He sent someone out to replace the screws in my new office furniture handles. I don't know the owners of the business, but their workers and business professionals are the best. I would buy here again just because of how much they care about what they do and how they treat their customers. If you ever need office furniture or equipment, this is the place to purchase it. Super business. I wish they would expand to properties, I would certainly invest. Bob
Huge selection of office chairs, desks, drawer sets and more. Their sales team is very friendly and personable. they really take time to help you find exactly what works for you and don't pressure an upsell to more expensive options.

This place is great! I worked with Patrick and was able to get a gently-used Steelcase leap office chair for a great price. It is the most comfortable office chair I've ever used. I highly recommend Office Furniture Expo for anyone looking for office chairs - you can try out a wide variety of office chairs across different designs and price points. In my experience, the employees were very helpful and not pushy.
Huge collection. Prices are nothing special. Better off ordering new with delivery at comparable cost. Used furniture must be discounted much more to make sense buying.
Excellent selection of office furniture for all tastes. Ergonomic, modern, fancy leather, that mahogany stuff, whatever. Very wide price range as well. They keep a large stock, so they have the means to supply an entire office space with their furnishing needs, but just as well can supply what you need for your home office. They also have a used section, where you'll find office furniture slightly used but in excellent condition and at a strikingly low price. They keep a sales staff, and they're very helpful and informative.
