Great products and amazing customer service! I’d highly recommend this place!
Worst customer service every. They want your money by don't want you to see the sizes or quality of the fabric you are buying. They are VERY RUDE and NOT HELPER...
I've had a couple packages delivered from this company. The quality of the clothing is awesome! Items look just as they are pictured; not that thin, cheap material. Shipping time was fast! Items came within 4-5 days no longer than a week and everything I ordered was in the package color and style. I'll continue to shop with them and highly recommend them for your wholesale needs.
Pioneer use to be a 4+ star. However with the new staff and now the new process its a 2 at best. It is not conducive to the client to have to grab things off of a high rack nor can you easily see the items without picking up the package to view the picture of the content. The original gallery style wholesale held them at a different level. Not enough space to discuss the women side customer service.
Well I just ordered from them yesterday and I recieved a message from ups that my package will be delivered on the 13th so I'm excited to recieve the itemsss the shipping doesn't take long good customer service so far and as a new business owner it's been hard to find a wholesaler company that has fast shipping! So I definitely will be ordering again from them and I definitely recommend for anyone who's just starting off as a new business owner or someone looking to buy fair priced items to shop with them!
For clothing vendors, there is none that can match this place.
Do not waste your time here. The Customer service is horrible and staff cannot speak or articulate english in a wholesale business environment efficiently. There are other reputable clothing wholesalers in the Atlanta area and surrounding. Try even the Apparel Mart downtown as it is easy to visit and you get EXCELLENT one on one customer service whereby you do not have to beg for someone's assistance like you do at this establishment. Pioneer Apparel seems sketchy with pricing and their products have no details. So if you're trying to sell fast to your customers you will have to figure such things out i.e. material, dimensions, size, etc. Whereas the majority of other businesses have such already LISTED on their website OR will gladly provide for you Pioneer will not OR have written details that can be emailed or accessed via an online platform. I was highly disappointed with their lack of BASIC customer service skills. Horrible!!
I market and manage clothing lines for a living. Have been going to Pioneer for years. I traditionally order similar goods to what they have straight from China, but this place is perfect if I don't want to wait or want something below the high minimums. I've sent lots of customers there to get blanks for product over the years. Went this past weekend I went with a new customer who has a clothing line, but has been getting his products made in Boston. I convinced him that buying local has major benefits with less headache so we went looking for jackets and shirts to use as blanks. When we first got there, were greeted, told them we had been there before, and I showed my customer the stuff I felt he would be able to use for his purposes. We had no problems, wrote down the numbers and descriptions of what we would be coming back for. Immediately wanted to commit to buying a good amount of product. My customers business partner shows up with his son, and the entire environment changed. The customer service stopped existing. Ever question was answered with short and clipped answers. We were told that the designer couldn't test fit clothing, which would have been fine, but the designer had no problem up until after my clients partner arrived. So we were preparing to leave, but decided to browse the womans section before we left and immediately found stuff we were in love with and began to log the information for it so we can come back and purchase. A woman who worked there asked if we shopped there before, I told them yes and returned to what I was doing. Then it got offensive. We were given the 3rd degree. Asked if we had a business license, do we realize you need one to shop there, etc. I explained kindly I am familiar with the policy, and she continued to pry and challenge every I said. She started saying that us using the blank goods as blanks for creating product was illegal, and then I just lost it. I no longer wanted to be there. To question someone is one thing, I get it. I don't know her, she doesn't know me. But to imply that I'm trying to break the law is insulting. She went even further and said that my client may not be approved for an account. I don't deal with business that want you to feel like its a privilege to do business with them. And nobody wants to jump through an obstacle course either. Let me say, for the most part the Hispanic staff were the MOST HELPFUL. They do a lot of the packaging. But the "sales" woman was EXTREMELY rude. They created a negative business experience for me for one of my clients, and I doubt I'd ever come back.
Just picked up boxes of new merchandise. Thanks Pioneer Apparel #1
