Dr Rasner and his staff are great. I called in the middle of the day because of pain from a cracked tooth. Although they were swamped with patients, by noon the next day I was sitting in one of their exam rooms. Doc goes out of his way to ensure you feel comfortable about any procedure to be performed and also during the procedure. His assistants and office personnel are knowledgeable and personable. Unfortunately I’ve had to experience my share of dental offices in my life. This office is by far the BEST! Keep up the good work!

I am beyond disgusted with the customer service I have received from this dental office, BEYOND! I am a person who always gives credit where credit is due. If the people who work in this front office hate their jobs so much they should quit, and Dr. Rasner should hire staff who meet his compassion for dentistry. I had to leave my old dental office, and find new due to them no longer taking my insurance. When calling around, I was referred to Dr. Rasner’s office. When I called to make my first appointment I told them I had to switch dentists due to the insurance issue, and they told me they accepted my insurance and that it was in their network. So, I show up for my appointment, fill out my new patient paper work, and ask the front desk again before my cleaning to make sure my visit would be completely covered by insurance. They told me it would be. Then I went back for my cleaning and the hygienist wanted to do x-rays, I again had her check with the office first to ensure they would be completely covered by my insurance before she did them. She went and checked, and they told her that it would be completely covered, and did the x-rays. She actually said, “I wanted to double check for you so you won’t receive any surprise bill in the mail”. The hygienist was great, Dr. Rasner was great, I left happy. Now last week, I received a $230 bill in the mail, as my insurance only covered a very small portion of my visit. I called to ask the dental office about the bill I received, and asked why I received it, because the whole point of me switching dentists was to not end up with these large bills for 6 month cleanings. I asked why I was billed when they ensured me three times that my visit would be completely covered by my insurance. I don’t know about you, but for me completely covered means the entire bill, not me getting stuck paying hundreds of dollars for a cleaning. Furthermore, the woman who I spoke to in billing or insurance was disturbingly rude on the phone, telling me they did cover my entire visit. I told her I felt as if it was very misleading, as I made it very clear to them why I was switching dentist and they ensured me everything would be covered. The woman on the phone also was pressing me asking when I would pay the bill so she could “put a note in my account”. She then proceeded to tell me that “I’m going to go into collections” because I didn’t have an exact date to tell her that I would be able to pay the bill I received from them 5 days ago in the mail. Disgusting customer service at this place, will never go back, and will suggest my family leaves this office as well. Beyond disappointed.

Dr. Rasner and his staff are simply THE BEST! Every visit, they are friendly, patient, thorough and attentive; I feel cared for from the moment I'm greeted until my visit ends and I schedule my next appointment. I have extreme anxiety and everyone there makes sure that I have whatever I need to stay calm and feel comfortable throughout each visit. Kim just did my cleaning and I can't stop licking my teeth! Her attention to detail is incredible. You won't be disappointed with Dr. Rasner's office, they're the best there is!

My mother is a stroke victim , she had work done from Dr. Rasner. The work was incredibly efficient, compassionate, and effective. We were totally relaxed about the process of a major extraction. We will definitely be going back to Dr. Rasner for additional care. We simply believe he is the best on the north east coast. His motto is “you have my word”. All of the staff seems genuine and sincere, which reflect the one that employs them. He runs an incredible program and school, “The Rasner Institute”, he helps dentist to learn more & be more confident in their practice, and he also gives back to the community with pro bono work. Enough cannot be said about the respect that I have for this man, for simply being who God created us to be. The way you live your life on earth, and the way you treat people is your testimony.

I went to Dr Rasner for a consultation regarding extensive dental procedures. I had previously obtained consultations with other dentists in Southern New Jersey, however, I just wasn't satisfied that I found the right dentist. After my consultation with Dr Rasner, I had a comfortable feeling I found the right dentist for me. I started to read patient reviews, I reviewed his accomplishments, awards, professional affiliations and watched You Tube videos from the Rasner Insitute. After this total review of Dr Rasner and the consultation discussing my options regarding my dental procedures, my decision was made. I called and made the appointment to proceed with Dr Rasner in extracting and placing dental Implants. I am so happy and satisfied with my decision. I have had several office visits for my dental procedures and have gotten to know Dr Rasner and his staff very well. Such a professional group of skilled, trained, and educated personnel that make you feel at home, relaxed, and secure, knowing you're in the best of care. As far as the financial aspect, Michele, the Office Manager, will arrange for you the ability to make payments over an extended period of time to fit within your budget. I can truly attest to my sincere belief, that I am fortunate to have made the decision to have my dental procedures performed by Dr Rasner. One Happy Patient Anthony L Franchetti Jr

I’ve been coming here for years and the staff is wonderful. They work with my schedule and my anxiety!!! Everyone is patient & pleasant. I LOVE my new smile and I am thrilled with the level of care from Dr. Rasner.

Dr. Rasner is at the top of his profession. His experience and caring manner put me at ease. However, it wasn't until he did my implant surgery that I realized just how good he is. I am extremely happy with my results. My wife and I both go to Dr. Rasner now and couldn't be happier. The staff is wonderful and caring.

Just want to say how amazing my experience was!!! Veronica and Dr. Liplinski was amazing! The extreme kindness and professionalism was top notch!!! Veronica was able to make me a temporary crown after a couple had not stayed on, that stayed until my permanent one came in!!! If I could give Veronica 20 stars I would!!!! Thank you guys again!!! Oh and let’s not forget Crystal, she is amazing at her job!!!! Thank you everyone!!!

I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist when work has to be done in my mouth. My sister in law recommended Dr.Rasner and his team. They did not disappoint! They really took their time explaining what procedure was going to be done, understood my anxiety and made me feel more at ease than any other doctor had in the past! I would recommend Dr Rasner to anyone who experiences anxiety and is nervous about having dental work done! His staff is so compassionate and kind. His office even does regular cleanings! I’m definitely switching my whole family over to them.

Dr. Rasner’s office is the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. From billing, scheduling, to actual dental work everything has always been great. Dr. Rasner and his staff are professional and extremely friendly. They have always gone out of their way to make sure my visits are comfortable, quick, and informative. I live over 1.5 hours away but I refuse to see a dentist closer to me, because I know no one could treat me as well as Dr. Rasner and his team.
