Old fashion breakfast Found this on a quick search for breakfast places. The pictures looked good so we decided to make a stop. I got the Ogie’s special. It did not disappoint. Everything was very well seasoned. The staff was very attentive and the food came out quickly. The atmosphere is what you expect for a local hole on the wall.
For years this was my favorite breakfast place when I lived in Salt Lake City. If I go back to visit this is a must to go to Ogies for breakfast. They have the best breakfast gravy. And you have to get a side of the famous Chilli sauce it is divine. Service is always great. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. Vegetarian options: They have some Kid-friendliness: Yes I took my kids there every weekend. Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
This was our second time here. The first time we did not enjoy too much, the place had a really greasy feel to the whole place and the food was okay. We thought we would give it a try again when we noticed outdoor seating, Now we could focus on the food, and not the grease, was a good experience. Attentive service, good food, ok outdoor atmosphere, best one could do overlooking 3500 south in west valley. We will be back, but for only outdoors, indoors is a grease pit, crowded, poor wait area, poor cashier method. I think if they pay at the table, would alieve the crowding indoors.
Isabel and the general manager are so kind and thoughtful! Constantly trying to improve the service with refiles and plenty of smiles to go around!! They definitely made my day brighter! I will be back since the food is also incredible and homemade!
This is a busy little spot… and great all the same! The coffee was fantastic, service was acceptable and friendly, and the food prices are probably the best value you will find. Go in, sit yourself, and pay at the register on your way out.
Omg.... this foood was delicious... I don't eat breakfast food and the burrito special was delicious... Isabel was an awesome host she was awesome and very good at taking g care of us... best meal and service ever.. I'll be back for moreFood: 5/5
So they have a lot of things that are nearly the same price, which is fine, but if you want something that is like 3x the size of everything else for the same price then get the Special Burrito. Freaking huge! You can choose to put all the meat types in sausage, bacon, ham and they dont even charge you extra. Super worth it.Food: 5/5
I was vacationing in the area and mom wanted to get good old fashioned breakfast and man this place did not dissapoint. Expect to wait a lil bit because the dining area gets packed! Especially during peak breakfast hours. Service was great the staff is very friendly and kept the coffee coming. If you like pancakes or waffles this is the place make sure you order with strawberries and whip cream! I got the country style breakfast with a waffle and mom got an omellete with pancakes both really delicious! Definitely coming back here on my next vacation to Utah

Great food & huge portions!You will likely be taking leftovers with you! Servers were lovely and my drink was never empty even as busy as they were! Will be coming regularly for my breakfast and brunches
