OhioHealth Urgent Care Grove City

I've been here three times in the last month I'm in between PCP's. The first two times I was rushed in and out and the problem persisted. The 3rd time, I got the pleasure of seeing Dana Street and Joe. Dana took the time to actually ask a million questions, and look at my issue multiple times. Her and Joe both had fantastic attitudes! I would definitely see them again. I have been in pain for over a month & within 48 hours of seeing Dana I already feel better!

I walked in an hour prior to closing to be seen for what I thought might be the flu or something else. Everyone I encountered was super nice and kind. The receptionist who checked me in was great, she could tell I was in pain so she was real patient with me and hoped I felt better. The nurse who called me back and checked me in was sweet as well. The physician I seen was very thorough and asked questions to get me a correct diagnosis. Strep throat. The nurse who gave me a shot was super sweet as well. She made me comfortable by allowing the bed to lay down and providing me with a pillow. Everyone was super nice and never made me feel rushed in anyway as one of the last patients. I just felt like I was in good hands from the start to finish. Thank you all for such a great experience!

I've been coming here for years. No matter if staff changes or not, everyone is still so sweet and compassionate. They get down to figuring out the problem and finding the solution. I'm sorry but I can't go anywhere else. These are my care takers.

Julia hates kids. Please find another profession, caring for others in your community is not a good choice for you. Avoid this place now, had great experiences in the past A+ but this lady is a nightmare. If you give a generic response it means you agree with me about your PA.

I booked my appointment online using MyChart which was pretty easy to navigate and I was able to do all my intake paper work online. I arrived about 10 minutes early and when I walked in I was immediately acknowledged by first name by staff and told that I didn't need to do any additional paperwork and I was all checked-in. I only had to wait about 10 minutes before being called back to a room. The nurse was extremely friendly for having to work on Christmas eve. She did a though intake and went to inform the doctor I was ready. I expected a long wait but it was less then 5 minutes. The doctor was very personable and friendly. She assessed all my symptoms with the utmost care and took all my concerns into consideration. She made sure I understood everything and spent extra time with me to ensure I had no further questions. I fully expected long waits and grumpy staff but I got the complete opposite even on Christmas eve. I am very thankful for all the kindness and compassion of all staff.

This is the first place that stated I needed to book an appointment… for Urgent Care therefore, since I didn’t, they weren’t going to see me. I arrived at 7:45p and they “close” at 9. I would suggest going elsewhere.

I went into the urgent care early Wednesday morning , there was a small line but I was in and out. The staff there was amazing ! You all deserve inspire points ! The receptionist who checked me in , she was great, I could barely talk but she was patient with me . The MA who did my vitals and checked me in , she was wonderful , and the physician I seen was phenomenal. Thank you all for such a great experience!

From start to finish I had nothing but an amazing experience here. I came in with extreme pain due to a bad bacterial rash. I couldn’t take the pain anymore. I just moved from Florida so I didn’t know an appointment was needed but, once the ladies at the front saw my pain they helped me right away. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The MA was amazing who took me in and my NP made me feel so comfortable and at ease with my medial issue. Thank you guys so much for helping me!

Fell on ice, could not move my wrist, very very bad pain. Almost crying. Didn’t want to go to er because er is for more important injuries. Told dr haven’t slept for almost 2 days because of pain, nauseous, getting hot and cold. Well after sitting in pain for 2 1/2 hrs Dr gave me anti inflammatory pills. That’s fine but needed just a few pain pills and told me they do not give out pain pills. Terrible terrible 2 1/2 hrs. So please, please if you are in pain do NOT go there. Should have told me when first got there. Also told her icy slip hurt back also and never really addressed it.

Very disappointed. We visit this urgent care because it is close, the staff is great, and you can get in and out. Tonight we were forced to take our child to the ER because they had no “appointments” available. I’m not sure when this started as I have never had to schedule an appointment to be seen at this facility. The ER is for emergencies- why is Ohio Health forcing people to the ER for non-emergency cases.
